I agree 100%. It is also good to see someone on here that has a little training in Logic. It is sorely lacking on N4g.
The PS3 is loosing money but last time i checked its gaming division was still making money.

played for 3 hours this afternoon, I had a blast. I really wish they would have finished the product before shipping it. However, it is only going to get better from here.
My only gripe with the gameplay is the f*cking scope glitch when you are prone. Completely inaccurate.
Sega and MS have a LOT more in common than Sony. However, MS has a boat load more revenue to make mistakes and still survive. MS AND SONY will be around for some time to come.

i have a 61" 1080p and the game looks pretty average, I am not for or against them. In other words, they dont add or subtract to the overall experience. The gameplay needs a little tweaking through some patches but other than that its a great TPS and a break from the usual run and gun games.
My personal score? Right now its probably an 8. Later with certain patches it could rise. The game basically cost me 10 bucks, you simply cant beat that.

Last year at this time N4G was a 360 fanboy site. It will change and keep changing.
I have heard NOTHING but amazing things from this beta. "The best FPS I have ever played" has been stated more than once. Nobody, and I mean nobody, that I have talked to has said one negative thing about the beta.
If anyone thinks this game will end up like the first, think again. Sony has thrown its entire support behind this title. It has all of their development studios working in unison on this engine. It has TONS of people working on it. It will be awesom...
Ninetendo doesnt come up with new and exciting IP's. They remake Mario and Zelda 50 times. Neither the 360 nor the wii would ever be able to realize the potential of this game. MS wouldnt allow user generated content and the Wii simply cannot handle the community aspect of this game.
In short, the game is exactly where it belongs.

My only complaint about online play was that it was always a little jumpy no matter how sensitive you put your settings at, does it feel better?

yeah, which is expected. I still think this is the best arcade racer out there. I am going to buy it. If all they did is improve upon the first game I am all about it.
umm i have this headset and when people are using it it is f*cking clear as a bell, even with loud surround in the background. It sounds just as good or better than MOST USB headsets.
