@ Gangsta
It's equal to the number of licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop, multiplied by the number of Sony Execs that say BC isn't worth it.
Ars Technica can suck it! That BS, "Our horribly flawed data is better than no data so we'll stick with horrible data we know is wrong." rebuttal to MS was just ridiculous.
Logic, where are the good games you keep mentioning Sony has? That list is full of crap, IMO. Not one good game in the bunch. Maybe... maybe... Uncharted. Then again, Sony is milking Uncharted to death.
But not similar resolutions.
A bicycle without cranks isn't inferior, it's just different.
It makes sense, now that MS has announced Direct Reality and plans to support real VR/AR experiences instead of all the shovelware currently on the market. I mean, why else would EA wait until Direct Reality gets announced in order to support MR devices? Obviously, VR wasn't important enough to invest in a few years ago or EA would have created Seed at that time.
EA, like MS, knew it would take time for the tech to mature enough to support real gaming with decent gra...
Because all GT cares about is graphics.
At least everyone can finally shut up about Forza 6 being a tech demo! 😁
@ Nitro wolf
I heard it's being imported from planet Spaceball specifically for the event.
🎵" Can you tell me how to get... how to get to Scorpio Street!" 🎵
I agree with you Tyler, it seems too soon after the ME:A trainwreck to hype this up. I am hopeful that the talent that's left at Bioware has been making this game instead of that abysmally awful (M)Ass Effect game.
If Anthem doesn't blow me away, it may just end up being Bioware's swan song instead.
4K not available on all platforms... I wonder which ones will support Native 4K... 🦂
The point of the analogy wasn't to talk about persecution, it was to show you guys just how stupid you all are in thinking that popular opinion means that the minority is wrong. Way to obfuscate the point, Goldby, why don't you shut the F up.
You know what? I said it sarcastically in my OP and I'll say it for real this time to be just as dumb as all of you sound every time you post in a MS thread:
Sony has NO games. 😁
Lol, Goldby, not one of those is AAA except perhaps the sports titles and last gen remasters, which aren't that demanding on the consoles. Is that the best you can come up with? GTFO with your BS list or come up with a better one, because your list is so bad that you included games with dynamic scaling in your "Native 4K" list.
Trooper, you can't quantify how much an individual likes something because personal tastes are subjective. Here's a non-gaming example:
Is it better to be straight or gay? If we take a poll, are you also going to slander gay people because they're not as popular and, therefore, their opinions don't matter because it's only the popular vote that counts?
Goldby, only one console does 4K gaming. The other gets checkerboard.
Aenea, please. The differences will be there just as much as they have been with PS4/XB1, and probably more due to the efficiency of the Scorpio's design. ME: A was painfully obvious when compared side by side with a PC running 4K. If you weren't running a comparison though, nobody would care that much. Just like I didn't care my XB1 multiplats didn't look as good at PS4's in compari...
Belief = opinion. Something many of you around here seem to substitute for facts.
You're right Goldby. More games means more choices and a better chance of having meaningful gaming experiences. That's a fact. That's why I'm happy that MS is bringing more games. It is my opinion, however, that MS still has the better exclusives.
Better is subjective. You mean MORE exclusives. Personally, I don't think they're better. Matter of fact, if I were acting like a SONY FANBOY I would say that Sony has NO GAMES, lol.
The conference showed games we all knew about, at least from MS 1st party studios, which was disappointing to say the least.
Scorpio, OTOH, just makes the Pro look silly from a graphics perspective which is awesome if you're into the best visual experience possible. It's easy to see why it's $500 once the games were shown too, and it's no wonder a high end gaming rig didn't even have as stable a framerate as on Scorpio while playing Assassin's Creed...
