That's business I guess. Sony pulls stock in SquareEnix. SquareEnix needs money. MS offers money with timed exclusive deal. SquareEnix accepts. Otherwise Rise of TombRaider could have been cancelled.
My message to Crystal Dynamics: Just make sure it is worth the wait for us PS4 and PC users...
More likely a 1 person horror game that will support Morpheus in a upcoming patch when Morpheus releases.
Well there you have it folks. I used to be excited for the prospect of playing more Tomb Raider games on my Ps4. Now, however, I couldn't care less. Nice way to kill a franchise. Good work Crystal Dynamics!
Call of Duty: Fall of a Titan
Vgchartz numbers are interesting, but hardly conclusive. Still, pretty solid lead to PS4 should be no surprise to anyone.
Your Ghost is a ROBOT. He is supposed to sound like a robot. A "better" voice actor must also sound like a robot to be right for the role. So critisizing Peter D. for sounding like a robot seems silly to me...
For me personally, it is all about the games. What does great power and graphics matter if gameplay and story is mediocre? If you love games and can afford it, buy all types of hardware so you can play all games. If you can't, then buy the one with the most games you like to play. Just going after power for the sake of power isn't allways a good idea IMHO...
The biggest non-random gameworld in games released or upcoming isn't a PC only game. It is the PS4 timed e...
If Ps4 and Xbox one have such a crappy perfomance then explain games like Infamous Second sun, Killzone Shadowfall, Tomb Raider Definitive Edition, The Last of Us: Remastered, upcoming Uncharted 4, Destiny, Tom Clancy's the Division, Driveclub, GTA5 and many more.
Theoretical power looks nice on paper. Actual utilized power is much more important. The logic is simple: The less time the APU spends on a given code, the more code it can run per frame rendered. It's like ...
If your definition of best game ever made follows the logic that said game should also be the game with the most Game of the year awards then yes, I would agree. With 236 GOTY awards for the original release on PS3 and countless 10/10 reviews it certainly ranks right up there with the best of the best.
TLOU:RE is one of the very best games this year, regardless of what comes out the rest of the year. Will it steal the GOTY trophy a second time...only time will tell.
ND did not lower quality for 60fps, they increased quality of shadows for the 30fps due to unused GPU rendering cycles...
And no, ND have not maxed out the PS4. It's like this: You can fill a glass jar with golf balls and fill it up and it will be full. You can then fill the gaps between the golf balls with pebbles and it will still be just full. You can then fill these spaces with sand and it will still be just full. Lastly you can fill the jar with water and it will sti...
Still, impressive work. Didn't think it would even be possible.
There you have it folks. COD fans only like games with COD in the name. Maybe if they called it Call of Destiny, then COD fans would get confused and give it a chance before bashing it...
Message to all COD'ers: Now you can try Destiny Beta without code. Just look for it at PSN or Xbox store... Give it a chance, try it!
Xbox games have allways had lower gamma (brightness) compared to playstation. On my TV Bravia 905A (profesionally calibrated) PS4 (as PS3 before it) normally looks a little to bright. Thats more or less the only difference I see in the first picture comparison on this thread, which is good news for Xbone users.
On this comparison youtube video ( https://www.youtube.com/wat...
however, it seems...
Naughty Dog had to remake the game as ps3 code is very incompatible with ps4. That takes a long time and does not constitute a cash grab in my book. Keep up the good work ND.
You might prefer PC. Well I prefer my PS4. Who are right? Well, both of us I suppose. Remember kids and nerds. It is all about the games, or at least it should be. Now beam me up scotty...
Just play games already...
PC games normally have the best graphics. With that I agree totally, but what I am saying is this: It does not matter to me as long I get to play the games I like, the way I like to play them. "The best" is irrelevant to me... just saying...
Best game I ever played. Will buy and play PS4 version regardless of graphical difference...
Earth calling: 195 TFlop PC's does not exist. 2 to 3 times better will be more realistic. Not that that would matter much to us console users, as most tvs can't handle more than 1080p anyway.
Then the important question: will I buy it again? ... I have no idea. I played through the entire single player on ps3... 50% chance I recon. Higher if I get a good deal and/or new exclusive content is included.
