Many games I like to play includes games not yet released...
and with some pc games, I meant PC only games...
PC: Great graphics, some games I actually like to play.
PS4: Good enough graphics. Many great games I like to play.
My conclution: PS4 Wins for me. It's ALL ABOUT THE GAMES!...for me...
Next on my list: The Last of Us, even though I played it on PS3. It really is that good IMHO.
To whomever disagrees with me: How can you disagree with a personal preference???
PC are great for gaming, but not for the games I want to play (on PS4). The Last of Us, Metal Gear Solid 5, Gran Turismo 7, Driveclub, God of War 4, No Man's Sky, Destiny, Uncharted 4 and many other console exclusive games. I also prefer gaming on my PS4 with my trusty Dual Shock 4 controller. PC's are expensive (if you want best graphics), generally noisy, often quite large. I have a cheap laptop (absolutely not a gaming rig). But that's just me...
I think over 7 million ps4 users would be enclined to disagree...
That said, I really look forward to revisiting the last of us...
Avatar movie quality graphics is a LONG WAY OFF for all computers including both high end pc's and all consoles. There is not a single computer, regardless of price, that can render games with Avatar quality graphics with realtime ray-tracing in 4k with 60 frames per second. Maybe in 15-20 years...
"Over 7 million ps4 sold as of April 6" ... It's now July 14 ... I think they have sold a few since April 6th...
3 Words: NO MAN'S SKY
vgchartz.com say's:
PS4: 8,4M
XB1: 4,8M
Get your facts straight
Seems to me that the PC Master Race is feeling left out, and therefor looking to find reasons not to like Destiny. Relax PC gamers, just tell Bungie that you also want to be able to play Destiny. And if you're lucky, it just might happen...
one of the funniest games back in the day... absolute must play IMHO
I'll think I'll stick to my Sony 46" W905. It's the perfect tv for me. Great picture with Sony's Triluminos tech. It also won an award for being the best FullHD TV in Europe in 2013. Also the fastest with regard to the actual lag (about 17,5ms in game mode)
No Man's Sky + Morpheus VR = A PERFECT FIT
To all you PC lovers out there. What good does it do to have a super-mega-upgraded-monsterpc if the game you want to play is not on that system. Ask yourself this question: If a game have fantastic graphics out of this world but have a totally shitty story; would that be a great gaming experience for you? I remember old game that at launch fit that description. It was called doom3. Not many people praising that game nowadays. The Last of Us however, instantly became a classic and got over 200...
Metro redux will be out august 29 according to tothegame.com
http://www.tothegame.com/ps...
of course I don't believe that. But considering that Kazunori Yamauchi (director of polyhony digital. maker of the Gran Turismo series) is quite the tech geek and that VR support in GT7 would IMHO be a perfect fit; I don't think it is that far fetched. Not to mention, it would be totally awsome to play GT7 with Morpeus VR and the steeringwheel Thrustmaster T300; albeit very expensive fun...
In a car you sit still, just like when you play a driving game on your console...
can't believe he did not ask for clarification on steeringwheel and morpheus vr. Confirmation of VR in GT7?
Destiny = Day One!
People complaining about an alpa version... relax people. Alpha means that not all parts are yet in the game, and nothing is optimised yet. Besides, we do not know how old that alpha really was. I'm sure it will improve a lot. Beta is coming july 17. That should give us a clearer picture. Peters voiceover sounded like an early take. Bungie knows what they are doing. If we notice the goofie sounding peter, then trust me Bungie knows to. The final voiceover have obviously yet to be included...
My prediction on difference between ps4 and xbox one editions: ps4 version 1080p with higher fps (unlocked framerate?) and better AA, otherwise virtually identical. Xbox one edition with no AA, and might be upscaled from 900p.
Still looking forward to this release (on ps4) with great expectations.
Not unexpected that bungie keeps quiet about technical differences between ps4 and xbox one editions. After all, they are in the business of making money. And if th...
My most antisipated game: No Man's Sky (Ps4 only...for the moment)
Must say: I am so used to the DualShock4 gamepad that when I tried gaming on a friends PC a while back, I found it uncomfortable.
