Pah! Snake oil! I'm not taking the chance that this could shut down a critical process running on my comp. I'm just warning you all to be caucuious about his program.
As a side note, Nvidia users can use NTune to get their system and card working well and overclocked. And my computer is powerful enough to run Empire Total War max settings while GPU folding.
I'm very, very skeptical about this. As far as I can see, more than 90% of the on screen characters will have to be either sprites or very low polygon count characters.
I'm sure as well that something got lost in translation and the 6000 number is more like a target (which they will fall short of).
Is the 360 even realistically capabile of this?
You're being sarcastic right? Half the list is already a game and other entries wouldn't work at all.
10) Numerious Space flight sim games
9) Good, the Bad, the Ugly = Red Dead Revolver / GUN
8) I fail to see how this would be entertaining
7) Fifth Element is ALREADY A GAME. And I don't think it was good
6) There were like 2-3 gladiator games released after the movie came out.
5) Doesn't he mean Firefly? But still, Freespace was kind of l...
And what reason could that be? Everything seemed to work well with Oblivion's GOTY edition for the PS3 and I believe other games have been modded well on the PS3.
Wait, wait. Maybe they sould work on making sure the DLC works well in the first place.
Perhaps people need to find better things with their time than write up conspiracy theories about things that may or may not be in a game.
When people pull appart teasers constantly looking for anything, that just ends up being what they want in there, they're not helping the overall image of 'gamers'.
Erm... I think Squre Enix has westerners all wrong. The typical western gamer who would be interested in Final Fantasy ISN"T EMO IN THE SLIGHEST. In fact, I'm sure a majority of old school Final Fantasy gamers hate emos.
So now they've just spartin kicked away the rest of the people who were willing to share their money with Square Enix.
Yeah when you're GDC in a nutshell is "WE MADE MONEY LAWL. Oh and no software. LOOK TO E3!" you're in bad, bad shape.
Remember the 'megaton' that was was actually a cherry bomb? Expect that x2 at E3, or rather I picture breaking a matchstick and it falling in a puddle.
Isn't the PSN dev Kit Free to boot?
Awesome. If this AC6 is AC5x2 + motion controls (using the Sixaxis like a flight stick) it would be an awesome game that helps push flight sims forward.
Exactly. Anyone who pays 200 MS points for crappy tease pics needs to really get to know the internet.

I wouldn't get too excited. It's probably nothing super amazing, but maybe something good for Wii owners. If anything it's bragging about their sales records or hyping something that's 3 years away.
EDIT: Here's some from the live text feed:
"9:10 100 million DS shipped.
9:10 Wii has hit 50 million.
9:12 Revenue has grown from $5 billion to $10 billion from 2001 to 2008.

"Also, Perlman hopes that ISPs will give special consideration to OnLive as the service may well drive cable customers to upgrade their datastream."
What world is this man living in? If ISPs were considerate at all, we'd all have 10Mbit connections for like $30 a month with no bandwidth capping.
BUT BUT BUT THE PIRACY!!!!
You're missing the point guys, so stop having your pissing / penis contest about yout systems. ANY PC CAN interface with your Stereo Reciever and LCD TV. It's a piss-poor arguement you're making.
So any one who argues that piracy is killing the PC, toss this number in their face.
This idea is never going to fly as well as they're hoping.
1) Many many ISPs have bandwidth capping, which means that this poses a serious threat / drain on that limit. So in addition to paying for the internet and the service, and you potentially pay for over using your bandwidth for the month.
2) Just because the games are coming in at a good resolution, doesn't mean they're going to be awesome. To get the lag down and everything running great, there's probabl...
This is really pandering to no one for no reason. The PS3 is good, not god.
The same if not very similar points to the 360 article... Having a Wii one is just a joke however.
Everyone and their mum's dog already own the Wii so this article has no point or basis.
Poor Mr. Eric Qualls. Seems like he forgot the memo that stated for the most part anything the 360 can do, the PS3 does better...
Absolutely nothing he stated in his points was a good comparison... since everyone is the same for both sides of the arguement. He also left out that you can pick up the HD-DVD attachment dirt cheap, but no new movies for it, the Wi-Fi adaptor will cost you another 50-100 and that harddrives are non-standard.
I understand this is supp...
Only Lazy / non-enthusiast PC gamers are going to switch to OnLive. I don't think there are many PC gamers who are really into their boxes that want to discard their high performance machines to play games at 1920x1080 or less when most of them are playing their games at 1920x1200 or more.
I know that seems whorish in terms graphics and such, but it's the truth and I don't think the OnLive people acknowledge this.
