Wouldn't make a difference. The award has absolutely no influence when it comes to industry trends.
A quick look at the reddit users comments imply that hes got sources however I'm can't say anything to their credibility. If someone here is more familiar with the user please chime in.
I think this game was an example of something with a full blown sequel planned but MS dictated that they'd only be willing to fund dlc and a smaller game.
Had the game been more successful I think we'd have seen an Alan Wake 2 by now.
@masterfox
Weren't you among those that said the Switch would do well for the first month and then it would become the Wii U 2.0?
So you've now had to add about 7/8months to your previous prediction. What makes this one more credible?
I didn't hear great things from reviews but at that price its difficult to not get your moneys worth with just about any game.
Yeh was getting worried that it wasnt going to be an option, but now that we've got confirmation im looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 a lot more.
Thats good to hear since im not sold on the English audio.
@pancit_canton
Lol no.
Also how does nintendo have the power to pull down a written review???
We're still not entirely sure as to what's going to release next year though. Pokemon, Fire Emblem and Metroid were announced but we've not seen anything in game yet.
Things are coming but it's too soon to say how excited we should be for them.
So what's the excuse for the Vita? The system that Sony dropped half through the generation?
"The constant disregard, and unwillingness to see the value in other companies is what cripples Ninitendos community the most. Of course it took only a few months to port old IPs and BotW to the new WiiU(Switch). Nintendo simply makes the SAME games over and over again, why would it take them long to add a new twist to it? Sony actually is constantly making NEW IP for its supporters to be excited about. How could it have taken the PS4 "quite a bit" longer when it is currently o...
It's a combination of things. Its a system thats great to play on the go or at home and it's had 3 heavy hitters in it's first year (BotW, Splatoon 2 and Mario: Odyssey). It took a while for the PS4 and quite a bit longer for the Xbox One to get their major 1st party releases but Nintendo's done it before it's first year is over.
The question is can it maintain this momentum? We know what's coming but don't have much of an idea as to how it's...
Thats kinda cool.
Although Im mainly just interested in what else gets added to the Ubiverse.
Irrelevant.
Mouse and Keyboard support should be mandatory even if its an inferior control method for said game.
Can only hope :(
I think it'd be cool if we got a Super Luigi Odyssey as a dlc/expansion similar to how they did with NSMBU.
Yeh I think getting either of the two would be a huge win.
Yeh it's sounds fanboy ish but there is actually truth to it. I've noticed when commenting while the article was pending approval a few times.
@Lime123
Maybe. Even the most average Mario games have resulted in phenomenal sales.
@Miss_Weeboo
As a movie it was bad but as a Star Wars movie i'd say it was pretty good. The reasoning behind the Death Star Weakness in Rogue One is so much better than what it was in Legends.
@dialgamarine
Assuming it gets finished too. A lot of popular early access titles tend to like staying within the early access program.
