Yeah I use it for The Office and old episodes of Sliders.
Anyone remember Sliders?
Ohh, I'm so sorry Pixel. I had no idea audio problems didn't include breaking audio outputs. Maybe I should be more specific before I set myself up for such a weak counter. -_-;
I'm not defending Microsoft, just stating that it's NOT bricking consoles like he said.
Firefox would be more popular if most PCs didn't ship with IE. That's the problem, most customers aren't going to know what they can use to browse the net beyond what is already in front of them.
Example: I've persuaded most of my family to switch to firefox, but some of them didn't want to switch just because they're used to IE.
Firefox is the better browser, it's faster, simple, secure, and does the job rather well. I think Microsoft needs to ditch IE and innov...
Yes, Foxgod, it does. I do admit though, it happened a lot for the PS3 when it first launched. Everybody bagged on it.
Gaming is too divided nowadays. Games are games, no matter what console they're on.
Fanboyism is pointless to me, but I know what I'm getting into when I come to this site.
The PS3 is doing fine. N4G can be a big doom and gloom hub. Expect both consoles to have these types of articles.
Alex, that's what you fanboys have been saying for 3 years. Once <insert year here> hits, "itsss ova".
Yeah..okay.
Bricking? No. Audio problems? Yes.
Theres a difference.
Also, Gears of War 2's multiplayer has been patched with a title update.
If you can afford $25 a month, Gamefly will let you rent 2 games at a time(more if you pay more). Whenever you're bored with them, just send them back and choose 2 more.
Religion is a touchy subject. Just something you don't bag on. There are a lot of people on N4G every day.
Reported as well.
Saying fail = fail.
Oh God, now I've said it.
30% is not a fact. That's just what an EB employee said, and fanboys ate it up. Some say 10%, some say 30%. Does that make it fact?
Obviously there's a problem with the console, but here's the thing. When are you fanboys going to realize that EVEN WITH a failure rate, the 360 is still outselling the PS3? That's pretty bad.(and NO MS doesn't count replacement consoles in their estimates. They took out separate money for that)
My family has two 360s. My father and brot...
Haha, they did have a price cut...within the first year!
I don't think Sony can afford another cut so soon. They're already losing money on every console sold, aren't they?
Have fun dishing out the mulah to upgrade it. :P
Maybe you should learn how to count(and spell, while you're at it). Why don't you add two more numbers to that 1. Then you'll have the correct number.
What's pathetic is that you are too lazy to type out the full word, "you". I could understand abbreviating long words, but come on, it's two more letters.
Yeah..I think I'll stick with the PS3's Blu-ray player until prices drop.
Don't listen to fanboys, first rule in the book.
Just decide for yourself. Don't let anyone tell you what to buy and not to buy.
Just a tip, if you're into multiplayer games, Xbox LIVE is currently the best service(IMO).
@Xbox Street Gang
Okay, so we shouldn't count ANY console Microsoft sold after the price cut?
The 360 has been out longer than the PS3 and they didn't cut the price until now. Sony cut the PS3's price within a year. If you want to use that logic, we shouldn't count any PS3s sold after their price cut. :P
Ohh and developers won't flock to the PS3 until game sales are higher.
You guys seem to forget that there are two DLC expansions. Lost and Damned, and then whatever the next one is. Microsoft will make their money back eventually.
Really, they're already halfway there. GTA sold better on 360. That's what MS wanted to secure, the sales of the actual game. DLC is the icing on the cake.
Well judging by the rude followup comment, you're still unanswered.
Yes, this is DLC. Which means it will be on sale over the Marketplace.
Funny article. I like the picture, too.
