It's still flawed. Ok, let's take taxes...people use loopholes to get around taxes. These are unintended loopholes that when found out the government tends to fix because that was not the intent of the government when they created those laws. This is no different, people are exploiting something that takes away from how bungie intended it thus they have a right to "patch" jus like a gov does when it's people abuse their rights.
It's like living in a...
I'm sorry sir but your argument is flawed. To take it another way, you're saying we have the right to steal cable or electricity from our neighbor, to cheat on a school exam, smoke crack, or cheat on our taxes. These things don't really harm anyone like murder would so it's ok if you do them and yet aren't harming others? No. Societies tend to have a level of understanding, there is a contract we make with others...as a right to go to a good vs bad school we have to play b...
I've decided I just need to buy this and see about all the fuss for myself. When the game was announced I said this game would be my reasoning for next gen... Then the reviews came and it seems mediocre... Then I have friends that really seem to enjoy it. I'm just stuck in the "what if" and "I won't know until I try" situation. I'll always be wondering so I'll have to try it and return if I don't like
Probably L.A. Noir which after a week I was disappointed in and traded back in for $45. I was hyped for destiny (it's why I jumped to next gen) but these reviews and outcry from the community are worrisome. My friends and school mates seem to enjoy it. I'm thinking it'll be one of those games I'll have to just buy and see for myself (the old you never know until you try and you'll always be wondering if you don't try) and then if I do enjoy it great, if I don't jus...
I bought next gen for destiny. While I still haven't picked it up, these reviews are disheartening. First watchdogs, now this? Them the rumors of the division being downgraded. It makes me wonder why I jumped into next gen. I will say however, itseems this hame is about a 7, not the 9 nor the 5 some are giving. Just an average 7. I'll wait another week or so and see how I feel.
I agree, I feel like what the initially sold and what we got are different.
I do not doubt this will be a good game. However I feel this may be a watchdog scenario (even though I didn't play it) An inability to live up to what bungie themselves (not the community) initial hyped. Wether it's the length, planet size, lack of planets, lack of variety, whatever....it just feels like this game isn't going to live up to what was sold. Which begs the question, why can't devs just be honest or maybe make an "average scoped" game but polish the story...
I'm still upset that 70% of the game is locked behind playing with others. Not that I'm anti social but what if I don't have enough personal friends to play with. Then people would say "why not play with online people"...part of the fun is playing with people you know and have a releationship with. Not some random anti personal person. Also, sometimes I just want to log on and have some fun without a need to "party up". Then there is the always online and worry...
Well as a Christian I agree with him on some points. Some games that have violence for violence sake I tend to stay away from. The main example for me is gta, it's violence for violence sake. It's like some movies that curse just to curse without adding to the story they're trying to tell. I love a good story but don't like when it's watered down by shock value. The one thing I will argue however is he mentions war movies violence most of the time is justified given the su...
I really want a decent wireless headset (never owned a headset) for around $150. I liked the plyr 1 and best buy had them for $130 (instead of the usual $180) but they have been hard to come by as best buy says they're being "phased out". I also know some really like the golds but I've also heard some complaints of build quality and sound quality. Plus I'd like something more universal that could work if I ever pick up a xbx1. I would like something that'll last the ...
I hope it's timed exclusive. I was looking forward to getting into this seties since they ported the original to next gen. But if the second one is exclusive it begs the question "why bother" with the first. The fact that the original was multiplat and the sequal isn't shafts a lot of folks who played the first one. Again, here's to hoping it's only timed because I was looking forward to getting into the series.
I actually was waiting on destiny. But about a week ago best buy had a 24 hour deal on a bundle I couldn't pass up. Now I'm getting mixed feelings about destiny, some say it's great, others say it's just a generic shooter disguised as an mmo. Loved and I mean loved bungies halo but I'm tired of generic shooters. I guess I'm stuck on the fence now.
Being a historian I enjoyed ac1-3 (100% all three) but skipped black flag. Looking to jump back in with Unity. And yes I plan to get tomb raider, it's why I asked if any kind of fleshed out story arch was planned (ie a trilogy) since there is already a sequal in the works.
I'm thinking about picking tomb raider up for my newly purchased ps4. Is there any word on this being a trilogy story like so many other great series?
Also, I've had my ps4 about a week. I've noticed when I turn it on...along with the usual "on beep" I get this mechanical click. Does anyone else notice this when they turn on their ps4?
It's funny.
Last gen it was halo 3 that made me buy a 360 and god of war 3 for ps3. This go around it was last of us remastered (already played the original) and now possibly MCC for xbone. (This is obviously omitting games like mirrors edge ((my true next gen buy in)) and battlefront which are a ways off) It feels weird remasters and games I've already played are making me want next gen lol.
This is something I've wondered about. Given the time it takes to get a handle on new consoles (2 years) the increased dev time of games, and the report of this being a short 5-6 year cycle...are we likely to get only one game per dev this gen? with an increase in dev time should come an increase in cycle time so more than one game can be released a gen? No?
Considering the average Chinese makes nothing close to the average american, these prices are probably spot on with what an American would pay. Not to mention the price of entry.
So if battlefront is 2016, what about Mirrors Edge?
Ignore, thanks.
Just give me a console bundle and I'll be sold.
