@ma1asiah: go check bf3stats.com. PS3 is the most popular platform to play BF3 online, worldwide, with 4.4 M players recorded. Of course I know more people play COD nowadays than any other MP game (Halo included).
But I generally agree Playstation nation is more SP oriented. It probably has a lot to do with demographics. When you grow older, shooting people online isn't that appealing and you can't really compete with teenagers in games which are based on your reflexe...
Spotting enemies. Not only with the button but also telling your team where they are and what they're doing. If you have a good team, this simply wins any match.

Strip Poker on Atari cassette, 240 turns of the tape, over 30 minutes of waiting just to see an error at the end because your fridge just kicked in and disturbed the local circutry in your house. True story!

I've done it many years ago. No regrets.
I am offended by Kotaku every day and I have to live with it.
Modding is a good thing but it also means hackers have an easy job. That's why I prefer a closed ecosystem where I can play competitive MP games and be sure everybody is equal.
Is the religious part of that blog about worshipping Microsoft?
Citadel elevators, we will remember you, but please go away.
Take a 1990 DOS game and try to run it on Windows 8, good luck.
I'd expect "How to beat the final boss in Dark Souls 2" from a game site. Instead, I get this...
