Yeah, every time they try to do away with the trinity the tend to also throw out tactics and the whole game becomes a zergfest.
Yeah, have the new Zelda game pre-ordered. Will be picking up a ps4 this week but won't bother to get any games for it. Watch Dogs was postponed and that was the only one that interested me.
FFXI is still going as a P2P mmo at this time. FFXIV is getting rave reviews and full queues with it's P2P model. I'd rather pay than deal with the kiddies who want free stuff anyway.
I'm glad it will sub based. It will keep the some of the whiny little kiddys away. $15 a month is pretty much nothing for the amount of entertainment you get.
It is especially the problem when the consumer only pays $5 less than the price of a new copy. That person would most likely have paid the extra $5 if the used copy wasn't available. I don't have a problem with people buying used games months after launch and saving a bunch, but the early used sales don't save the consumer much and remove profits from the creators of the games.
I guess tastes differ. To me it looks chaotic and noisy and cartoony and nothing that might require much in the way of thinking.
I don't wanna play another cartoony mmorpg so I don't really care what it runs on. Saw the videos and saw nothing I liked.
After playing betas of ESO and FFXIV I can hardly look.
Arrgh - I managed to remove the cart from my 3DS and not play this game for 2 whole days now. I guess I'll swap it back in (removing smt4) and get back to bug catching and fishing and taking care of those pesky neighbors. Sometimes they get sick and if I'm not around to give them medicine I don't know what will happen.
There I go assuming again. Haven't tried it but I didn't think a PS2 controller worked on a PS3.

Why would they need to hand out flyers about their trade-ins? They tell you exactly what they will give you for your trade in and you can accept it or not. If you want more money for your used game than GameStop will give then find a better deal somewhere else.
I was in my 50's when I played it for the first time and it was wonderful. It was the best of the series for me although I probably played the ds version of III the most.
Other than the FF one that I already played not a single JRPG in the bunch. Makes me sad.
Didn't know Etrian Odyssey, Shin Megami Tensei (2 of them), Professor Layton, Virtue's Last Reward and Fire Emblem were just for Nintendo fans. At least I could get Dragon Fantasy for Vita yesterday so there is something.
If there was backwards compatibility it could be called a "replacement" and the PS3 could be retired. As it is the "successor" can't play the games of it's predecessor so retirement is out of the question.
I more than agree with this. I'd like to swap my 3DSs when the battery winds down but they make it impossible with the digital versions locked to single console.
I hope the new zelda 3D game ss released with a special version of the 3DS XL since I missed out on the pikachu one.

Yeah, maybe they'll make a Bandicoot first person shooter with multiplayer...
