Like everyone here I don't see it selling that, even lower to 4-5m. Flying is fun and the graphics look good but preview-after-preview from critic to player, it's the same opinion: Uninspiring-to-dull combat, unwieldy performance, brainless AI and too many load screens for this era.
I see you forgot Knack exists.
Hellblade was one of my favorite experiences this gen. Keep your extra A, I don't need it to have fun
It's free. And "the hype"? The game had like two days to get hyped up lol
Truly is! I've wanted to play it to complete the story. I've got the earlier two on Steam so I can play it now then buy it later on once I upgrade my CPU so it stops chugging with these bigger late-gen open world games.
More options for gamers wanting to enjoy content are fantastic.
Maybe he is honest. After all, Respawn was founded by guys dense enough to think EA would treat them better than the way Activision did.
Glad they start the interview with a bathroom joke. Would've been a perfect segue to discuss its piss-poor performance.
I was hyped for this. It felt fun in the VIP demo when it actually loaded... but there's still too much loading in the open world for a 2019 release. Performance on X1X was awful, PC performance was all over the place but markedly better. I defended the game. *Edit - the powers and flying felt fun, customizing my Javelin was cool. The game looks go...
It's not called Titanfall for that reason. This is better than them killing off the franchise after sabotaging the release and getting poor sales.
But it reeeeally speaks to how awful BFV is managed, no? This thing can pop on out of thin air, by the original studio no less, and we still don't have the darn *outsourced* BF V Battle Royale announced forever ago.
Halo 5 even had split screen in the beta. That is the king of feature downgrades, taken away because they wanted 60fps at all costs. Then there are the Halo 3 vs 5 Explosion comparison gifs which speak enough by themselves.
To be clear, the Vega VII launches in less than a week, and is based on the last-gen Vega architecture.
Q2-2019 is April-June. I'm guessing AMD will again launch a new generation of GPUs without a high-end version of it? Timing feels weird for these.
Bloodborne isn't horror
That weak Jaguar could've been a stronger CPU so each of those games could've had a totally stable 60fps mode available, especially the open world games.
A PS5-enhanced God of War could take it from checkerboard/30 to true 4K60fps if it's 4x the power of a Pro.
In the article: a bunch of Japanese studios/games that play worse than on PS4 unless you fork out for the more-expensive X (which probably isn't the target for a site for Poor players, and only benefits the latest games), because this dude is still upset he can't see animated sexual stuff.
BTB in Halo was never the main draw, it was the solid-but-general "30 seconds of fun" philosophy.
These clowns also have the hindsight to avoid all of Halo 5's mistakes by announcing already, before any gameplay:
-Black undersuits are returning
-Reach's customization is returning
-Split Screen is returning
-PC release
-Master Chief focused story
-The fact that this is a position that exists now
Killing everyone - totally fine. Screwing absolutely anyone though, according to the other article, "massive amount of work for little payoff."
Why can't I be a murderous hooker? Or even a virtuous one? They aren't tied to Bethesda anymore, it's not like they have to worry about bugs...
PS4 Pro has no exclusive games... Hence why it's labeled "PS4" Pro.
I've got an i5-3570K (the min-spec CPU) with a GTX1080 and it seems to run decently at 4K & High Settings.
Certainly better than the One X version at least. Constant 100% CPU usage here too
Going from a ~125+m to just 25m split to whatever small split 360/PS3 ended with is a sign that Microsoft can quickly gains fans (earlier release, better multiplats) when Sony gets arrogant (pricing, awkward dev environment). The PS4/One split is what happens when Microsoft gets arrogant (Kinect, non-game services, 1st party flops) and Sony gains fans (better exclusives, better price).
Yeah, he must only buy games to play them within the first week of everyone else because that's important for reasons?
It's not as messed as BFV's but they've gotta cut this 'some consumers are better than others' crap out by staggering releases. It'll end up like movies with month lags for physical releases if we don't stop them.
Square Enix, Sega, and EA all report underperformance of mobile. Oh sweet glory
