Yeah I realise this but it's not impossible to track in back to the original IP that uploaded it, its been done before.
That's what I thought too, but if you watch right to the end he shows the scoreboard and it has the console style connection quality meter (with the bars) where as the pc version would have a ping counter.
I'm running the same CPU as you but with a 5870 and I'm getting much better than their results for the 5770 even at a higher frame size (1920x1080 vs 1680x1050)
Honestly how can you compare them? For one, the Crysis 2 demo was pre release code and included 1/6 of the maps and 1/3 of the game modes from the multiplayer alone. Then consider it has a 12-15 hour campaign. You realise what a small portion of the game you are viewing with the demo? It's certainly not a large enough portion to make claims like Fallout destroys it (especially seeing as they are aimed at different markets).
Those screens are so blurry they hurt my eyes, especially the foliage heavy ones.
If this is all about increasing polygon counts, why is the only round thing there so polygon deficient?
Graphics cards seem to struggle a lot with trees for some reason, they always seem to be the weakest part of a games graphics.
For god sake it isn't a CoD clone! Clone would imply exactly the same, or at the very least incredibly similar. In Homefront there are vehicles for one and also much larger maps, so on that alone how can it be considered a CoD clone?
I haven't even played the game and nor do I intend to in the near future, but it isn't a CoD 'clone' as can be seen by watching videos of it in action!
It's about time that the people leaking these games early get tracked down and chucked in prison for a good deal of time, or at the least fined a few million dollars for lost revenue.
They are some seriously impressive graphics for a 360 game, from a multiplat no less. It is a shame that Crytek UK haven't been able to match Crytek Frankfurt's efforts in terms of graphics in the multiplayer (UK in charge of MP, Frankfurt in charge of campaign).
Should have been an interactive porno.....
Keep Madison Paige and chuck in some of the hot chicks from Sony games like the girls from Uncharted.
Seriously though, I'm glad he isn't doing a sequel because the story was at a natural end point, and natural endpoints are where stories should be left. Can't wait to see what Cage and Quantic to next.
Really, that's what you call whoop ass (him saying that Crysis 2 has bad gameplay)?
My statement is very true, Fallout 3 + its expansions and New Vegas are both incredibly buggy games, there is no denying this (and I'm glad Megaton doesn't). Crysis and Crysis Warhead on the other hand were relatively polished with minimal bugs. It's his opinion that Crysis has weak gameplay, but it's certainly not mine, and a lot of people would agree with me.
...
Graphics look pretty sweet for a $10 game. Pity about the rest of it though.
Lol, you're obviously a fan of Fallout, so you should be used to broken games...
The HUD bobble is deliberate and you can change its amount.
The reason there are so many comparisons is that people have differing opinions on the game.
I for example disagree with your entire blog. Here's why.
1. I dont think it's mediocre, and it certainly isn't a room to room shooter.
2. The didn't focus too much on the multiplayer. How is a 12-15 hour campaign insufficient for you?
3. I don't think the mp is terrible, I love it
4. Graphics on console are better than mos...
The main issue delaying this is fuc**g Christian lobby's getting involved. Why they are given any consideration is beyond me, but that's how it is.
Really, it's clear that I like Cartoonish games?
My favourite games ever are Crysis, Gran Turismo, Battlefield series and others like that, and I also really enjoy games like ARMA2 and Op Flashpoint.
@ Achira 1.1.2 - I certainly have played the online, for about 7 hours during the demo. I enjoyed it for about 4 hours (after which my K/D was about 1.6), but I found the last three hours painful and repetitive (my lack of focus caused my k/d to drop to about...
It likely will be just a short announcment trailer (similar to the initial Crysis 2 one) given that they have only just finished the multiplayer for Crysis 2.
That is just stupid. You would be better off spending that money on actively campaigning to the attorney generals of each state (the people who actually make the decisions on classification issues, not the PM) to stop slacking off and make a decision on the R18+ category.
By the way, a decision should be being made in June/July, which means MK wouldn't be delayed by much if it were to get an uncensored release (and assuming the R18+ category is passed, which seems like...
Yeah I don't think a game has been released ever with as much hate directed at it. It's a shame really, when Crytek are obviously trying to do something different with Crysis 2 (at least with the campaign) yet games like Call of Duty and Halo get away with doing the same shit every game.
