I love how the rip off Modern Warfare 3 at the start when the 3 comes up with the wavey effect, and then rip off Battlefield 3 at the end with the music and distortion effect. Can't wait for this game, its been a while since a game focused solely on being fun and not taking itself too seriously.
Just FYI CryEngine 3 is what the console versions of Crysis and also Crysis 2 use... CryEngine 2 powered the original Crysis and Crysis Warhead on PC, where as CryEngine 1 powered Far Cry.
Read it, Yerli isn't saying the graphics are technically better, he's saying they look better. In any case, it clearly doesnt look better on consoles than PC.
And it baffles me how so many people can spell Crytek wrongly, surely most people have seen it written more than heard it spoken, and its only 6 letters for christs sake.

Stop trying to convince people which games they should like and get on with playing them yourself.
There's a difference between being better on PC and the bare minimum PC spec being the same as the console versions though surely. Kind of points out that you really don't have to spend much on a PC to beat console graphics.
I don't really see the issue with Origin apart from the fact that the will apparently delete your old games. It's less of a pain in the *ss than Steam for me, which constantly redownloads my games for no reason what so ever that I can tell. Honestly I've had it redownload Homefront 3 times, even though I bought it off a disc, Portal 2, Red Faction Armageddon, Portal, Metro 2033 and multiple other games just because it feels like it. Also the download speeds are horendous off Steam...
Bad Company 2 barely evenly sounded like the BF theme. 2142 was the best if you ask me, at least in conjunction with the opening movie.

I'll just say this, I consider myself much better with a mouse than with a controller, but after playing the BF3 beta on PC and PS3, my stats suggest otherwise.

As an Australian I couldn't stand it. I obviously barely notice the Australian accent because its where I've lived my whole life, but it is so thick that it is just irritating in Dead Island, indeed it isn't a true Aussie accent.
