I hope this game stays exclusive to xbox live so that less people can play it

killzone2 is pretty much Black2 so I don't think we especially need it. GG borrowed a lot of ideas from Black... probably why stuart black is jealous and critical because in his eyes the sequal was essentially stolen.
I've always found aiming, sniping in particluar, on the 360 to be awkward with its innacurate analogue stick. Sniping in kz2 was horrible too but it helped with the balancing of classes. A CoD sniper control in kz2 for example would be unstoppable.
I wonder if the people hating on killzone2 will hate on kinect for similar lag issues.
I expect the ps4 and next xbox to be DD compatible for full games but it is too difficult to postulate if/when physical media will cease.

come on mate, it's the third fastest selling console in history. 360 dominates america(forgetting about wii of course) and Microsoft have done fantastic job of market share this gen but it doesn't mean the ps3 has no hope.

I don't think they can do much different. They could possibly make it more accurate, but to have to stand up holding an invisible steering wheel just ain't gonna cut it when you can sit down holding a actual steering wheel. It annoys me when some people praise kinect for what so far is clearly an overhyped and impractical device for most serious games.
I worry for n4g when comments like darkride's are taken as trolling. An opinion backed up with logic and reason should be respected regardless whether or not you agree. I would consider this community to be almost as bad as youtube's. We shouldn't single out fanboys of systems, we should group them as one and unite as gamers. We must also recognise the difference between a fan and fanboy.
It would still have to be scripted but for like of direction and plot. The possibilites are not endless, they are very limited but possibly innovative if used well.
It heats up less than the ps3 because it has an external power block. Whether or not it withstands heat better remains to be seen. We have already experienced videos of it overheating remember.

MGS gets more charming with age, the graphics were some of the best for its time and the gameplay was years ahead of its time. If you can't appreciate that then surely you will also degrade todays games for in the future they will be 'ugly' and dated.
Graphics are better now. The great games will always be great regardless of time. Fun > Graphics

I'm with raztad on this one. I don't think you need all consoles to be hardcore, as vague a statement as hardcore is anyway, but ps3 and PC is enough for me. With ps3 you get a wide selection of strong first party exclusives which by and large isn't the case for the 360 as many titles will also be found on PC. PC fills in the gaps left out in the ps3 library and is the primary choice of format when buying shooters and RPGs. By no means am I playing down the 360 for people who own ...
