are you playing it on PC or console? It doesn't have the same amazing feel on the consoles, kind of hard to explain. Also I thought that the controls were terrible on ps3/360. One of its best features is how the game feels almost open world like despite being linear whereas other shooters fail to achieve this.

Same here, I gave up on trophies a few months ago. This is exactly what I was talking about in another article about online trophies exploiting us to buy DLC. They can shove their trophies up their arse, I'm finished with it.

totally agree, I think it's horrible that a state can have this much control over what people do with themselves especially when it's something so harmless. Imagine if that kids parents were drunks and they had stashes of booze in the house. Nothing would be taken by the police(quite rightly) yet it would be far worse for them and the kid. For whatever reason society cannot comprehend the difference between the law and morality.

respects should be paid to wolfenstein. Not only did it invent the genre, it also followed up with a great sequel Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I actually think RtCW tends to get under-rated in great FPS games.
If you're team is stupid enough to get base raped in killzone2 then they are likely not coordinated enough. I once got 2 spawn points in good places to get the team out of the situation yet people still chose to spawn at the base. Killzone2 players stupidity really pisses me off...
yeah, I hope they bring a little more RPG elements back to the next game whilst still keeping the 3rd person shooter feel. Scanning planets was less fun than finding items. I loved the mechanics in ME2.

6 years old or not, still no shooter comes close to this game. The graphics maxed out on PC still hold their own today.
