There's no nuance to your argument and it falls flat. AC Valhalla and Godfall are two very different games. Repetition can be good or bad, and in the case of Godfall, people seem to think it leans more toward the latter.
That said, all games are repetitive as you perform various actions throughout any game repeatedly. The question you have to ask is "Is there enough content and varied content?" to satisfy. People are saying "No."
G...
Haptics for this game should be incredible. From bow tension to all the combat (oh that sledgehammer) that DualSense will be working overtime.
Now THAT is a collector's item.
Sony just needs to make an actual PS3 grill and we're set.
My order with GS just confirmed shipped!
Many people seem to be enjoying it.
I'm sure I'll enjoy it since I've enjoyed the past two games.
Looks like the word "odd" really got to some fanboys. Everything is subject to the reviewer's opinion - including the design.
You're simply mad that he says it looks odd.
The nostalgia factor is still cool.
No need to dump on it.
Beautiful.
Lol.
Feels like a cheap ploy.
@Viking
Hahaha.
'Xbox. Just wait.'
I enjoyed the game, but I wasn't over-the-moon impressed with it graphically.
You guys seem really optimistic; hell you're talking about getting things early. I've got a pre-order locked in as well, but in today's climate and the extra strain on shippers, I'd be surprised if any of us get it Week 1.
If you ordered direct from Sony you should be among the first to receive your order.
That's pretty cool.
May just check out an NG+ now.
Lol.
A PS5 preorder is "stressing you out."
My Xbox One controller has drift.
Basically, if I set it down, I'll be looking at the sky in any game I'm playing within a few seconds.
He's getting downvotes because he cast aside the notion of using a controller speaker in lieu of a damn headset, which is vastly superior in every way to a controller speaker.
This makes perfect sense, but this is how sensitive fanboys are.
It all depends on where and how developers allocate their resources. I wouldn't say, broadly, that ray tracing is a waste of resources, because, again, it depends. I think it's fantastic here in Watchdogs Legion.
Ray tracing being worth it depends on the type of game and what precisely ray tracing would come at the expense of. It could absolutely be a waste of resources to some people who'd rather have other things. Again, all up to developers.
Cool stuff.
The Xbox One X version looks quite flat in comparison.
RT really adds life.
Not one damn bit.
