If just one game is 8K capable, they'll do it. They can also claim 8K even if it's only streaming.
I loved TLOU II. The only part I really didn't care for was the synagogue moment. Dina's alive because her "people are survivors."
Naughty Dog assumes of the player that they're uneducated, uninformed, bigoted, etc, and therefore, it is incumbent upon them to give us a little Holocaust lesson.
No, Naughty Dog, just make a compelling game with a good story (and they did) and leave out the lessons and virtue signaling. That is all you ...
It's hard to believe the two games are made the same studio. The only thing that tells me it's a CDPR game is that it shares W3's inventory system and copious amounts of food and drink items.
Malaka!
It definitely looks fresh, fast, and fun.
Paying attention to this one closely.
Days Gone was pretty bad at launch, too. Tons of bugs and glitches, and I'd hear one character's audio while their mouth wasn't even moving - just completely out of sync on most cutscenes - really pulled me out of the story.
Other than that it was a fun little romp and the hordes were cool.
Abby and Lev were fantastic.
2B is fantastic.
I enjoyed Aloy as well.
Tifa and Aeris are two of the most uninteresting women (or characters in general) in gaming.
They're boring archetypes with Tifa being the generic the love interest babe, and Aeris the babe in the woods who could also be a love interest.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate them and the rolls they filled in FF7, and they're iconic, but they're not particularly interesting. Good for cosplay, I suppose.
This hair is more impressive than the entire work of Cyberpunk 2077.
Astro's Playroom is a very intelligent little game that makes a good case for the DualSense. Pleasant to play, and a nice homage to the PS brand as a whole.
Got the platinum yesterday; looking forward to more.
Yep, and I doubt they're going to fix the bad AI. They're going to iron out the bugs and glitches (hopefully) but I just very much doubt that they're going to patch in a more intelligent, complex AI system.
I'm sorry to say (and I hope I'm wrong) but 'this' is the game. They'll knock out some bugs and glitches, up the res and maybe add some RT to new-gen consoles, but the dumb police AI and all that stuff is here to stay.

Sony has removed Cyberpunk 2077 from their store and are now issuing refunds.

You're also getting XP for every little thing you do in the game. Seems like I can't play for two minutes without leveling up.
You'd have to be special to buy these.
@Shane
"Six months time." You're totally missing the point if that's your outlook.
That's not the way it works. We get a viable game to play on day one. Bugs and glitches on a small scale are okay and expected. This isn't small scale and it's certainly not okay.
Nobody should have to wait six months for a product to be in a working, viable condition - period. You and people like you are giving companies a ...
"AAA"
It's broken though. It doesn't matter if there's gold under the pile of shit when it's buried under so much. It's a mess of garbage and all of its systems are entirely lacking.
Cars blow up randomly, collision is a mess, enemies spawn in walls, you fall through the floor, crashes are constant, quests are broken by bugs, gunplay is no better than alright, etc, etc. Let's not forget the stupid NPCs; you punch one and they all duck like morons.
It soundly beats the DS4 and the DS4 was a fine controller, but I preferred the ergonomic feel of the Xbox controller.
The Dual Sense easily beats both.
Agreed.
But, I did like Orlog.
