You can tell it's a beautiful game, but the resolution on PS5 (why does Series X have a quality option yet not PS5?) is a smear of vasoline.
I know it's set to get a giant upgrade at some point, but it's quite low and it makes me want to wait for a patch.
Framerate's nice on the PS5, but that resolution... yeah.
I've been playing on PS5 and it's night and day. Flawless 60 and the load times absolutely wipe the floor with last gen consoles. It's a joy to play now, and you're not waiting for everything all the time.

Told myself I was going to wait for the PS5 enhancement patch, but the hype is returning, and I don't think I can wait till "sometime next year."
Oh, and while we're on trophies, they should make trophies earned in PS5 games visible on PS4.
My friend wanted to check my Demon's Souls progress but told me he couldn't see it. Hopped on Pro, checked it out, and he was right.
PS5, also, oddly doesn't feature the yellow progress-to-next-level bar that PS4 does either. Strange omissions, but I expect they'll be fixed.

I agree about the vertical view for trophies. Right now you can only get that view when comparing, but I'm sure they'll sort that out. I like the bigger icons though. The trophy art is more easily seen and it's great.
There are a lot of QOL improvements coming, I'm sure. Sony have been pretty good with listening to UI related feedback. Also, it just launched and there's plenty of time.
I'm so glad I didn't grow up in the age of social media. I was grown long before all this crap. Am I an actual boomer? No. Do I mind being called one? Nope.
It would appear that the gaming industry is largely liberal, just like Hollywood. So, they try to bring in like-minded Hollywood actors to bolster things.

This and Project Athia are looking quite interesting. Checked them both out in the announced section on the PS5 UI. Both look beautiful.

The XSX is quite unexciting and dull compared to PS5. Not one - not ONE new game. There's never been a console that hasn't launched without special/exclusive games until now. Microsoft are completely leaning on GamePass. It's just inexcusable.

I'm a PlayStation guy myself, but how are you putting PS5 before Series X when PS5 lacks the option of a quality mode?
