You appear to be extremely educated.
"The second Elden Ring came out, you basically heard nobody talking about Forbidden West."
Truer words have never been spoken; HFW really came and went.
When Elden Ring came out I had to put down HFW about halfway through. Now, I'm addicted to Elden Ring and think about it at work. I totally forgot about HFW.
HFW is a beautiful game and it's good, but it doesn't come anywhere near close to holding my interest like ...
It put Astro's Playroom back on my dash.
Seriously though, good update to the friends/party section.
Such a shame what's become of a once great racing franchise.
Just got the platinum this morning.
What a beautiful game.
New GTs don't come along every day.
Overall, this is quite a disappointment.
What I like doing is using a random 'resume activity' card when I go to play again. The menu screen is bypassed and it goes right to loading, which takes a few seconds.
Elden Ring is easy as a mage too - very easy. I actually find maging it up in ER a little easier.
I wouldn't blame anyone that had creative vision for wanting to leave Ubisoft.
Your response came off as irritation when you copied my reply nearly word for word. It was uppity and sarcastic.
That's fine that you found GT superior, but I have a hard time looking at the side-by-sides in this video and not being able to give the nod to Forza in at least 'one' instance. Honestly, it's like saying grass isn't green.
I think it was the nearly verbatim response you gave, but perhaps not. Nobody wants you to be mad; in fact I wish people would stop getting so irritated over scrutiny of GT7 or racing games in general.
Pretty much all of them, huh? I mean, if you say so.
Right.
Unfortunately so many in this very thread feel attacked not even by the replies, but by the article's mere existence.
There's nothing wrong with making these comparisons as well as opining on them.
It's just my opinion; no need to be sarcastic and upset.
May I ask, out of the comparisons in the video, which ones you felt GT7 surpassed F7 in?
We should be able to make comparisons such as these, though, should we not? The comparison by itself is utterly innocent.
Just because some respond poorly doesn't mean the comparison isn't worth exploring.
I normally don't get involved in these, but Forza seems to look better, overall, in these comparisons.
Ubisoft's games are designed around MTs to the utmost degree. They're not games, they're the science of maximizing profit through mediocrity, tediousness, and addiction.
Every hill, handhold, waypoint, upgrade component, chest, and encampment, is placed within the world, strategically, to encourage the spending of real world money in exchange for "perks" speed things up. "Time savers" = you'll get so bored in this world that you may want ...
Nobody is trying to bring the game down though. They're simply looking at crowd samples and creating silly captions. Absolutely nobody is actually faulting Polyphony for low poly spectators.
You're being paranoid and silly.
I don't get why people are offended when crowds are scrutinized in racing games.
It's all part of the analysis; people shouldn't be so damn upset. It's interesting to see how the developers handle the crowds, and see how much they're willing to put into them vs other racing games.
We all know crowds aren't prioritized in these games for obvious reasons, but there's nothing wrong with investigating them or poking fun at them, w...
@Un
Lol.
Elden Ring is my personal game of the year. However... God of War Ragnarok could change that. I don't know though; the Elden Ring is so powerful.
