The only 2 on that list that were too horrendous to play for me were Sonic The Hedgehog and Sonic unleashed. I could at least leave with the other 3 and did play them. However Sonic 4 should NOT be on that list at all. It wasn't the greatest game but it was certainly more of a sonic game than the others on the list.
I understand this is an opinion piece, but really? The Division? Come on? Im not saying its a horrible game or anything but Honestly with all the crap that is just finally getting fixed I would say you're best to wait to try it if you haven't til they fix everything and then get into it.
putting games like Drive Club & The Order on a "worst ps4 games so far" is ridiculous I mean there are FAR WORSE games out there.
Your'e putting those 2 games on a list with games like Basement Crawl & Godzilla ?! Trash site is trash.
In the end the software will always drive the hardware. Its that simple. They can take the console and figure out how to push it to its absolute limits down to the metal so to speak. Thats what ND does. They prove that if you have the talent/tools and time to do everything you want to do...Then you'll be able to make something this amazing on a very "underpowered" piece of hardware to todays "Standard". If anything this proves what the PS4 can do if put in the right ha...
As long as neither MS/Sony divides their market I don't see this being a problem. IF all it does is give gamers a better experience in terms of graphics/framerate then I don't see why this is a bad thing and how it is screwing anyone over..IF its an optional thing such as graphics/performance, and you don't care for the extra eyecandy, and framerate. DONT GET IT.
to be fair i believe both systems use a different type of lighting all together, I find the Xbox One to often be far more saturated over PS4. IF the person is just leaving everything at default the game will look different because of the way the RGB works on each platform.
I agree though it throws off perception because of the variation in contrast.
They made it a 1:1 infusion ratio meaning they encourage you to get all of your gear that you have on your char to 335. I Don't know about you but I haven't had the chance to infuse all the gear I like to 320 because of how horrible the infusion system currently is.
They're increasing the entire vault by an entire page for each section Guns/Armor

Judging by what you said, you most certainly would never enjoy this game, RNG based shooter is the bread and butter of the game. People like chasing things in games like this. They like doing raids and getting an exotic none of their friends have. Hating RNG in an RNG based game gives you no reason to play it.
Gameplay is fun, shooting feels great, Loot is desirable for many. The story has shaped up a lot since Vanilla. The grinding has come down a lot since Vanilla. The Carrot on the stick effect is why the game does so well. IT keeps you chasing something. Guns/Light/Gear.
Welcome to the reason ANY MMO stays relevant.
How are people still taking time out of their life to say "how are people still playing this""?
@thekhurg
I've put a total of 214 hours into the game. How is a 6.5 a "shit" score? lol? I say "right now" because as of the time I wrote this review there was nothing more for me to do. I think a 6.5 is a fair score in for a game that was delivered pretty barebones, and the exploits made endgame a joke. Heres hoping April 12th brings me and my buddies back to the game.
But no seriously how is a 6.5 a shit score?
This game and Uncharted 4 are reasons to own consoles, even if just from a technical standpoint. The API used in both consoles still has some surprises up their sleeves. I am excited to see what the rest of this generation can pump out on a technical level.
I felt strongly about the game the first few days as I stated in the review, I just can't find a reason to play it at the moment, hopefully April 12th will change that. The game needs a lot of work in my opinion and I just can't see it being anything above average at the moment.
Thanks for taking the time out of your day to read my review though I appreciate it :D!
Coming from a point of playing the game for 8 days. The loot in Division is meh at best. The occasional "high-end" drop you get is nothing compared to the blueprints you can buy and then craft perfectly rolled MP5/Vector and/or AK-47 weapons.
I feel at this point in the game I pick up loot just for materials and nothing more. Anything on my persons is something I've crafted from blue prints after doing challenge mode to collect Phoenix credits.
In what way is this a "I couldn't care less".
You do care, you care a lot.
IT almost sounds like your just trying to justify a purchase for your own satisfaction. This is the internet, and they have a thing called a keyboard and opinion, just like you, and I have. I don't see a reason for this blog to exist. IT will just add to the already "war" of consoles that has been going on for years on end now.
Just leave...
Really? You think someone farming this spot getting 1000-3000 phoenix credits a day buying every type of blue print with the materials to remake items and re roll them is non sense?
People do this. The pay off is huge for them because they can get to where I am at in a few hours vs DAYS that I put into the game to get to where I am at.
This exploit and ones like this cripple the games integrity. Phoenix credits = blue prints = perfect rolls = DZ warrior = unbeatable.
i look at it this way.
IF you have an option to play this on PC or PS4 simply get it on another platform if the xbox one version isn't cutting it for you.
HOWEVER!
IF for some reason you don't have another console/PC to play this game on enjoy it on Xbox One because Souls games are awesome, and it is ashame xbox one gamers didn't get to play the amazing game Bloodborne. Enjoy gaming.
Welp Now I gotta make a choice. (currently own 20th anniversary version and TTK Edition).
