I am excited to see a different focus in the Call of Duty universe. Future is better than past and present it doesn't always feel the same. Anyone play BF 2142? Great game. If Treyarch gets this right. Then hopefully It'll put COD back in its "own" place among FPS games..

You do realize before the Wii and Kinect, there was the eyetoy on PS2?
It was functional, it was gimmicky and it was pretty lame just like the Kinect. The only thing that has changed is the way it tracks you.
I beat the entire campaign and have played through it with friends, I am just excited to see the type of content they release for this game.
The article doesn't even talk badly about the PS3 just the PSP go, Move and 3D display. OH and mentions the Vita COULD be a success eventually.

As I read all these comments I can't help but see a lot of PC fanboys. What I really don't understand is why they aren't focusing on the way development works?
This whole generation has literally taken the PC gaming community and give them shotty ports of console games (aside from a few games like BF3 etc.) What do you think will happen next generation? You think developers will shift focus back to the PC and port the games to the consoles? ...

I know, and people need to appreciate this, because any "new gamers" from this gen wouldn't have gotten this luxury. When PS2 and Xbox were around there was none of this DLC shit and what not. Yeah Halo had map packs and stuff but it wasn't like it is today.
