I know the cut scene and I remember my jaw dropping when i saw it, but they didn't cut the entire scene out. Yeah, it makes almost no sense to cut out the "close up" of a game model thrusting but I'm sure eventually we'll get some type of answer as to why they did it.
Just saying, Konami taking 2 seconds out of that cut scene isn't going to question my purchase. What does question my purchase is the bugs found in the game.
That is no secret that it looks better on the PS3 (because of their experience with the console). It still doesn't make sense that the game looks this crappy either way. Itagaki or not, they could've at least updated the engine to not look like late PS2/Xbox graphics.
But hey games aren't all about great graphics. Gameplay is a big factor too..oh wait....that's shoddy too.

I usually frown upon DLC, but I am hoping they have like versus maps from RE1,2 and 3. Imagine playing MP in the mansion from RE1 :D.
They have to be thinking of doing this. The potential of this game is there, they just have to make it a reality.
I agree the game is "flat" in terms of story, but it was never meant to be anything more than a group of umbrellas finest trying to cover up the mess. The real story is in the Resident Evil games themselve...

If they "remade" the game they would literally be taking a classic and shitting on it. COD4 is awesome always will be. It doesn't need to have everything MW3 has. That would ruin it. Plain and simple.
I have it and personally like it, at least its not a typical TPS with just terrorist trying to kill you. The story isn't going to be "deep" its a backstory to an already epic one (RE2 & 3). With that being said I feel a lot of these websites that give it a low score do it because they were expecting too much from it.

This is one of the big reasons the iPad will never be a console of any kind because the games people love and play are no more than 10 dollars and last no more than a couple hours.
People really need to stop F#@king comparing this to "traditional" RE games, its a spin off, a different game all together.

I just bought this game and it's pure fun. The game mechanics make perfect sense. The controls work beautifully and the game is dark and gritty all over. GORY as hell and just fun all over the place especially with friends.
I recommend this game not only to Resident Evil fans but also, fans of shooters in general.

I agree, I am picking it up as well. But to write a review about how bad the game handles, and how age didn't help the game. Than giving it a 9.0 is I feel too generous. I am a fan of the series and controls are not an issue as I am a Resident evil 1-3 fan to the max. He just wrote a bad review that doesn't justify the score IMO.

As much as I love the Silent Hill series, I don't understand a 9/10. I own the entire series and they haven't held up well over time. I never meant to offended anyone particular person about the matter, I too was upset and still feel like I spent 65 dollars on a game that may not be complete.
Judging by what people are saying, no matter what Bioware does, the wrong is already done, and there is no way to right it.

Completely agree about the DLC thing, but at the end of the day, no matter how much die hard fans cry about it, what's done is done. I love the game up until the end choice as well. Once I realized everything from the first and second one really didn't matter I was furious. Thought I did something wrong, went online found out that was it. I felt like I deserved more for the 100+ hours I put into the games in total.

Uh, Muddy is correct, Microsoft would NEVER allow this. Simply put since Minecraft isn't a Microsoft Studio game, they wont allow the servers to be handled otherwise. That being said I highly doubt that would be a feature.
