These companies are already working together so perhaps you'd clearly see that their opinion differs largely from yours. They are privy to more information than you are which means they can arrive at a more sound conclusion to render judgment than you. Calm down, play your games, and stay out of other peoples business.

Don't hate it, just don't praise it and it's hard for a game like HB to stand out with ALL the other GREAT titles in its genre. The Sony catalog is seasoned with some of the best experiences throughout the history of gaming. Much like fine dining, the palate of their community has come to expect certain elements to be present to be considered special. This is not something that goes against HB but like an attractive woman it has to bring more than pretty to the table.

Sony tends to buy what they see is has a natural synergy with their community. Purchasing Ninja Theory after Heavenly Sword, Enslaved, and Hellblade failed to resonate with the community would have been a poor buy. DMC, was another outing by Ninja Theory that was poorly received by the community. Would you purchase what fails to connect with your community? Quantum Dreams is another one in this same boat. Sony gives them creative freedom to show them what they can do before a purchase.
Yeah, after I finally got to playing it, it was not at all what the trailers lead on. Though cool when it showed up, there was little combat, the puzzles only aimed to slow down an already slow game. It was graphically acceptable while using the film grain was sure to hide its limits. I pre-ordered it and was truly excited about it until I actually played it.
I have an Xbox so if it's a GP day one I'll give it a try but I have no expectations for the game.
