Sands of Time was a marvel and a delight in its day we all can only hope that they handle the remake with as much care as they didn't with the original.
No matter what performance differences there are it doesn't make any real difference as long as all that desire to are able to experience what a great game it is. Congratulations to Sony on both fronts, which ever one you decide to experience it on.
What difference does it make? Sony is not limited to doing anything based on whether we approve of it or not, they do what's best for their business model. As they should. When your phone doesn't ring asking for your input on their business dealings that should be all the evidence needed to know your position on the matter. If you don't agree you have every liberty not to support them.🤷🏾♂️
Sony will acquire SE as the writing has already been on the wall.
Wow, how toxic does one have to be? How many great games borrow from others? This game was designed by one guy; what have you created to match his contribution to the industry?
This is the thing, Sony focused on delivering a console with games to compliment said console. Xbox had to focus on features as they've yet to deliver any notable games to compliment their list of features. Which do you prefer? Too many entitled gamers that think that these companies should align their focus with their own. Sorry, that's not how things work....let that sink in.
They cannibalize it? Prove it? Last I checked Horizon continues to return to the top of the sales charts while Elden hasn't returned once. What would you gather the outcome will be once PS5s are readily available? You guys are so behind the curve and in need of victories so bad that you need Sony to fail in order to be great.
Toyota outsells Porsche every single year but pales in comparison to Porsche's performance. Did Toyota cannibalize Porsche too or are they bot...
Why would something subjective hurt? Furthermore, it's a one point variance. You guys place way too much value on the opinions of others. Note: If I want to experience next gen level performance then Horizon is the only option to explore between the two, no matter what they scored. Make sense?
That's exactly what SonyStyle is saying and it's a sound assessment given that Sony already has a more successful formula in Uncharted to have need of a Tomb Raider.
No one's thinking of PS1 anymore, clearly, so Sony is focused on the progression of their future goals.
Nope, Jim Ryan has made Sony the most profitable that they've been in years so it was a very smart move to have Square to sell of their western sectors before a purchase. Great business move no matter how the gamers feel about it; it's profit over preference, as it should be.
Yeah, just beat it this morning. Now about to work on getting the platinum since the time clocked in at 2hrs.
People without it will always see responding to situations concerning a lifestyle they don't experience as bragging. Rich Dad, Poor Dad covers this in length; should give it a read. If you had it? How do you know what you'd do if you don't have it? I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything because I'm living it. How are your responses any different than when I bump into people in life who go on about how much they hate wealthy people? This is nothing new; if I said not...
That's okay for you but 100+ hour game will never get completed by myself. 900 hours of a talent makes you a professional so for every 9 100+ hour games there should be something added to increase one's personal worth. To each their own.
I've time to do as I please and I've been on this site since before I started building my wealth. Why is it that people assume that affluent people can't frequent the same avenues as everyone else? I post while I game if you'd like a bit more detail. Plus all my toys are for when I'm outside PLAYING. One of my girls in on my lap now while I post this, she like to watch me play. When you have all platforms 140 isn't really all that much, that's 10-15 games per platf...
Sorry bro but I average about 140+ game purchases annually. I have no need to escape from reality at all, as I play purely for entertainment purposes. Not sure if you noticed as I stated I do more than game; sports bikes, sports cars, gorgeous women, etc. Wealth affords me several hobbies to indulge in besides one. I can tell by the condescending nature in your response that gaming is all you've got.
Better time management? I'm a millionaire and semi-retired. If yo...
Having a catalog that their community is willing to pay full price for is priceless. How many of those "day ones" would you buy if full price was the only option? PSP is perfect for us who buy everything; it allows some of the indies to be included while we focus on purchasing the big releases. Simple
Honestly, yes, because everything is trying to keep you playing it far too long. I buy games often but most of them expect you to put hours in like a job to complete them. I've got plenty of free time to do as I please but I don't only want to play games. 15-25 hours would be perfect.
There's no need to "compete" with GP, as GP is mostly last gen offerings and Sony has the better last gen/current gen catalog. What's to compete with? Sony actually sells their games on top of having the service.
Sure, graphics/specs aren't everything. Though when TVs, sound design, and fidelity are all advancing Nintendo chooses to ignore their existence. Fun is awesome but immersion, atmosphere, and sound shouldn't be discounted. I mean they're literally reselling old games with the novelty of portability. What's the incentive?
Xenoblade, Beyonetta, BotW, etc were all blurry messes comparably to even PS4/Xbox One standards. Imagine a Mario with the scale and fidel...
Imagine being a company in a world of gripped by inflation, rising costs, and no end to be seen any time soon. Much like each individual complaining they have to create ways to sustain their longevity in this climate. Is it only okay for each of us to find ways to increase our earnings? For us it'd be labeled as survival but for them it's greed ignoring the facts that their situation includes overhead, employment, and growth to keep individuals not in their position satisfied. I guess...
