Can't beat Microsoft's dollars.
Tell me something I don't know.
However, she stated: "Microsoft paid for the [western] exclusivity, the same way as Sony paid for having Heavy Rain only on PS3."
...which isn't a very good analogy because Sony was the publisher for Heavy Rain. Microsoft didn't publish ToV.
Honestly I'm not certain, but it must be less of an investment on EA's part, in exchange for the IP ownership.
I haven't read all of these, but they come from a handful of my favorite gaming news sites and probably contain a lot of insightful perspectives on the nature of the EA Partners program and the new approach to publishing that it offers.
I 2nd thatgamecompany. They have the education and philosophy necessary for breathing new life into the game industry.
In fact I think Sony wants to add them to the Worldwide Studios family, but thatgamecompany probably won't accept because it potentially works against their goal of making games more accessible (it would limit them to only using PlayStation platforms). When they started in 2006, they were probably grateful to find a publisher so quickly, but now that they...
Shout-out to Shuhei, by far the coolest suit at Sony Computer Entertainment. He even responds to my Twitter questions!
This isn't much unlike buying a time bomb.
Wow. So did you teach as a substitute or what?
So this is like a visual novel, right?
Might give it a whirl when I'm bored.
The important thing to remember is why multiplatform releases are so common now. It didn't happen "just cuz". It's because unlike before, we have platforms in relative commercial parity.

Probably not, but undoubtedly something from Epic Games will arrive on Vita. Their VP, Mark Rein, is very taken with the handheld. http://beefjack.com/news/ep...
Existing rumors would point toward a Mirror's Edge successor.
"Folklore was an inventive and beautiful adventure game which to this day still has the best use of the SixAxis controller "
False. Sorry, that's objectively false. Flower has the best use of sixaxis motion control, period.
Golden Abyss graphically compares more closely with Drake's Fortune.
Maybe the 2nd Uncharted game for Vita will look like Among Thieves.
Haha they're screwed now. Arrogance overload.
Why the hell would it support DirectX?
That's like admitting defeat to Microsoft. They will have to pay Microsoft to support the API.
With MGS and Silent Hill, the first game was on PS1.
There's a huge graphical gap between PS1 and PS2.
The first DMC game was on PS2, so there's no reason why it wouldn't be included in this HD collection.
Why DMC4? That one is already in HD and was released just 3 years ago.
Wait... so BF3 for PC won't even be sold in physical retail stores?
Definitely getting this at launch, along with Gravity Daze and maybe Uncharted.
Typical.
