both motorstorm and god of war runs at 30fps. gran turismo runs at 60fps. that means that it renders two images in the time motorstorm renders 1 image. it takes about twice the amount of resources.
yea its a brilliant idea. however i think its only usefull in games runing at 60fps. If it runs at 30fps you would probably notice it.

People who agree with pphoenix are braindead. Every PSN game i buy i keep stored on my PS3 harddrive and i can copy over to any PSP i want. If i had 20 psp's i would only have to buy 1 game and not have to buy 20 different copies. If you dont want to keep it on your harddrive then you can still download it 5 more times.

I'd agree it is to early with a new home console. But a new portable shouldnt be to far off. Im guessing they might be working on a launch game for the PSP2. I dont think it will launch before 2011 though which should be late enough for a massive upgrade from the original PSP.
They are most likely very early in production and sony would want to have alot of games ready at launch so i think its reasonable to say its 2 years off.

Oh sony is so mean that they allow me to share all the games i buy on PSN with my brother who also owns a PSP. If i bought them on UMD we would have to buy 2 games. Also games on PSN is almost always cheaper then in stores, atleast where i live.
If this anticonsumer licensing stuff means getting games cheaper and being able to share the games with my friends then i say bring more of it.

In defense of Forza 3, it does run at 60 fps so naturally shift should look better. However there is no way Forza is beating GT5 in graphics, not even remotely close.

There is a big misconception that MS has anything to do with Left 4 Dead 2 and the platforms its published on. The game itself is being published by EA not MS and could come out on any platform except for the fact that Valve doesnt seem very interested in the PS3.
MS however doesnt have any leverage over this. Its totally up to Valve or EA to make a port.
Umd makes alot of noise. So much better to have the game in digital form so you wont have to deal with the noise and you wont have to carry around the umds.

You dont think maybe some people wanted a handheld that could actually fit in your pocket? No disrespect to the regular PSP but it is to big for many peoples liking. They prefer the smaller DS or just gadgets like the Ipod Touch or the Iphone. The PSP Go is actually smaller then the DS and comparable to ipod touch/iphone in size.
