I dont believe these numbers at all. PS3 outsells 360 by over 30k a week only in Japan. According to these numbers that would mean 360 is selling just as good as PS3 in US + Europe. And since 360 isnt even outselling PS3 in the US then they cant possibly be doing it in europe.

I disagree. Its not hard to make a game in HD. I mean nintendo would barely have to lift a finger to make all their games run in HD (given that the hardware could handle it). The obvious problem is not HD, but the fact that the more powerful hardware can handle substancially higher graphics just in terms of textures, lighting, more polygons, better animation etc.

For a Halo title its pretty bad though, i actually think MS should be more careful with what they do to their franchise. People might start losing interest when they come with all kinds of spin offs like halo wars, and put expansion like content at the price of full games.

Well i know you wouldnt see anything like this where i live. You find poverty everywhere but not like this. The US is probably the most troubled first world country in the world, though half the people dont know about it. You have to keep in mind though that all the performance of the chip has been put into rendering just the head. So if you are making a big environment you probably cant put that much detail into the face.
