for every big budget games, the dudes working on the graphics are different from the dudes working on gameplay.
don't blame the brilliant graphic dudes because the gameplay dudes suck man, that's unfair..
just set it to your local time, and have the time scale 1:1 with realtime, and voila you have "realtime" day/night cycle. Or you can customize the time and compression however you like, I don't know, maybe 1 sec realtime to 1 hour ingame
that sure makes merely read your local time and set the compression to 1:1 a.k.a "realtime day/night cycle" without options like Forza seems lazy right, although they have highly detailed graphic and no visual degrade ...
and XB fanboys bashing Sony "no AAA games" because they're not sharing details, despite their confirmation that all first-party studios are working on PS4 games,
sooo... what goes around comes around I suppose?
ah, someone who embarass himself by not reading the article..
it has day/night cycle
"Unfortunately the same can’t be said for @ID_Xbox. We’ve been having a really difficult time getting any response from @Microsoft."
on what part of the earth is this a trash talk?
sure they're complaining passive-aggresively in twitter, but only fanboy could translate that sentence into "trash-talk", "bashing", "wanting special treatment".
Is this going to be global or only selected countries?
I don't think comparing game-to-game separately is doing any justice here.
First, a reason why every gamer choose a console: exclusive games.
PS has more varied exclusive genre, thus people who chose to buy PS has a lot more diverse reason, some buy it for narration-centric games, some for racing, some for JRPG, this in turn causing not every PS owner bought certain genre. XB on the other hand.. if anyone talks about XB exclusives, they're almost immediately t...
Damn I hope it's a P5 full reveal, here's to hoping..
or a proper P3xP4 RPG, because I kinda want the story continuation to be an RPG, not fighting games..
I never cared about trophies on my first playthrough, I'd just play however I want with the notification turned off, not seeing game guides, etc.. after all is done and I still want to play the game, only then I start looking at the trophies.
My god, a dream come true..
'How will this benifit games? What type of living space is needed? How much will be the cost?'
science always revolves around 'what can be done' not 'what it can be used for'. They just show it for the sake of showing the innovation man, not to forcefully sell it for extra $100, relax..
pretty much the same can be said for space exploration really, or many numbers of science experiments for that matter.
and those cost billions, have little to no practical applications, what do you say about that?
can you enlighten me and everyone else what's a next-gen gameplay supposed to be?
It is doing fine, but I don't think it'll last very long.
once a second game with improvements come out it'll be forgotten, take example Halo 2, Left4Dead 2, CoDMW2. games like these has good first entry, but what you'll want for is a sequel that'll become great.
the adventure mode is also locked, level cap increase is locked as well. Many of the new legendaries and sets only available on adventure mode and level 70, making it literally cannot be accessed without the expansion.
This is the complete list of things locked without the expansion:
- The Crusader class. You will be limited to the same 5 classes that originally launched.
- Act 5. The story will end with Diablo.
- The Mystic. You will only be ...

This isn't about SE team making new games with people's money. This is a service which independent developers pitch in their game idea, which people then has 28 days to vote whether or not it's plausible. Then if it's accepted the developers will get SE backing plus getting their game crowdfunded in-cooperation with Indiegogo's crowdfunding platform.

PS4,
don't get me wrong, I don't hate XB1 but I live outside US, the entertainment function of XB1 is nearly useless here so folks outside can only choose based on games, where multiplat perform better on PS4, and there's too little install base for bro-shooter community to thrive. I mean, I want to play Titanfall on XB1 but there's not one of my friend play it on XB1, why should I?
so yeah, all in all please work harder outside US/UK Xbox, there's still s...
It's a Diablo 3 every Diablo fans is waiting for. The adventure mode is a blast, smart loot system kept you wanting to hunt for more, huge class rebalance since pre-patch 2.0. The only downside is most of it locked on expansion (on PC, next-gen release will have the full game + expansion but no release date yet), so the expansion is kinda obligatory and new players has to buy both the vanilla and expansion.
This is coming from me, someone who bought Diablo 3 on launch few...
it's not slow news week IMO,
it's just because of the internet people tend to seek news more frequently, while there's only so much new things happening everyday.
Back on written news era they have enough time to pool new articles before it is released, making the news more varied, nowadays people refresh their news website every few minutes or so expecting new articles to pop out, well of course it'd look like slow news everytime.
also this makes every...
Titanfall alpha is late January, released March 11, and I don't see anyone complaining lack of polish or bug-fest..
