@above: It's to get Japanese market, maybe they're not as famous worldwide but 5pb. and Mages. are quite famous in Japan especially for visual novel fans, so exclusive games will at least make some loyal fans buy the consoles.
It's still an uphill battle though, a one time exclusive will make some very loyal fans buy XB1 but if they want to survive the Japanese market they have to keep supporting these type of games no matter what the sales number are because, cha...
I'd buy XB1 right away if they localize it! 5pb is the master of story writing.
But doubtful though since it's visual novel type of game, the market is very slim outside Japan, especially on XB..

that depends on you, if you want to play at maxed settings then 1-2 years at best, but if you're fine with medium settings it should work for 3-4 years.
If you're on a tight budget I suggest buying PC when games that push consoles to its max are out, that way at least your PC can handle every game this gen has to offer, though maybe not on maxed settings.

I played it on PC, it's fun the first few weeks when you're still amazed by the Titans and parkour, but after that it becomes boring quickly, and no it didn't live up to its promise.
And in case you didn't know yet, they actually REDUCE the content on PC version, a full $60 multiplayer-online-only that's already lackluster in content to only be reduced again, wtf.

not everyone who got bored is a mega-newb that got killed every single time, chill, literally every game in existence has people that don't like them, doesn't mean they're bashing the game or the game is bad..
If I remember correctly their scoring system isn't giving it max score and then reducing it based on the weak points, maybe the initial score is 8-ish and the dual wieding mechanice reduce it by .2 points..
still, 7.8 is still a good score though, it's just that game scoring has this weird notion that anything below 8 is bad, definitely buy it if you're a fan of the genre.
It's not about people playing the modes or not, It's about features that're included in the $60 pricetag upfront, only to be taken out later.

that's likely the case, because VNs usually made for PC or handheld(PSP/Vita), something many fans of the genre should already have, but now they have to invest $400 for these games. Not to mention if future VNs aren't exclusive anymore that'd piss them off..
