I liked ni no kuni 2 at first but the combat dragged on faaaar too long. Having hack n’ slash combat in a 60 hour game is pure torture.
Without a doubt. I also doubt we’ll see any GBA or N64 games free on switch. They’re most likely planning a mini version of the N64 and they’ll profit from that a few years before offering anything for free theough the obline service on switch.
This is Nintendo, they’ve never been a company that does much charity.

Haha, I’m just like you. I feel like I’m in some way forcing myself to get hyped with some games. With RDR2 I first installed the game and then I cleaned the house and did laundry while listening to a podcast about rdr2 just to build up anticipation before I started playing. Then I ordered pizza and sat down with the game as some kind of reward.
I’m 25 and I still feel like a aging gamer, at least considering Kingdom Hearts, even though I’m still very young.
I played the first game in primary school and got hooked and I’ve since graduated from uni and started working full time, and now I‘m finally about to play KH3.
I feel like the magic has disappeared, and I don’t feel the hype anymore. (I’m still moderately excited, and I will without a doubt gonna play it.)

All of them are revealed, though they will be much bigger than in previous titles.
At least we get a bunch of new worlds, but I wish they had many more like from Brave, Coco, Cars (Sora turns into a car), Nemo (sora turns into a fish), The Incredibles (Sora gets a super hero costume), zootopia (sora turns into a animal, donald and goofy stays the same) and so on. There could have been som really cool transformations.

I hate that they didn’t leave us any surprises in terms of new worlds (though I still hope there is some). It’s a good selection imo, but some developers are more concerned with getting in pre-orders than people getting the best possible gaming...

Charlie Chaplin made movies that were fun for the audience to watch. But since then the medium has evolved where you can watch documentaries about world war 2, watch sad movies like 12 years a slave or watch Bladerunner 2049 for the cinematagrophy.
By saying that games is only about fun is doing a disservice to the medium as a whole imo. It has the potential to be more than just fun.
RDR 2 was in some sort a beautiful western simulator, and I'm sure that close to everyon...

The developers are also 100% research results. It’s not like they are censoring because they have a gut feeling that it will increase their audience. They clearly have a indication.
And if their audience boycots the game because they don’t get to see enough skin then their audience is total weirdoes imo. Got to be one of the stupidest reasons to boycot a game.
I'm solely basing my assumption that girls would like less boobs and panties thrown in their face based on the girls I know. They might not be the majority - at least they don't seem to be suggesting by all the replies.
FIY: I don't mind nudity at all, and I'm not butthurt, so dont color me as a stupid white knight. The DOA girls could have sex with tentacle monsters at the end of each fight for all I care. But it's not my cup of tea.

So every visual aspect of a video game is okay to you because it’s a video game? Let’s say that Joel and Ellie wore bdsm outfits. Does that mean you wouldn’t care because it is a video game? It wouldn’t hurt the immersion or the story at all?

Yes absolutely! Sony beats it out of the park there although there’s tons of not well known exclusives on switch as well.
But I wouldn’t call any of them heavy hitters or system seller in the same way the top exclusives are which is why I didn’t include them.
Sony wins in most scenarious. But Nintendo stands a good chance imo winning the heavy hitter (exclusive) race in 2019 now that both Sony and Microsoft are transitioning to the next gener...
