I have a family subscription with 5 other friends and we only pay 5$ each for a year. That's close to nothing compared to the prices of PSN and XBL. The service is without doubt lackluster compared to competitors, but if the competitors made a bare bone version of their services that only let you play games online and nothing more for 5$ a year, then I'd honestly choose that version. I'm in no need of in game voice chat, ps+ games, discounts and so on. I just want to play my games...

The transitions between cutscenes and gameplay feel outdated, the AI is terribly basic and the audio is incredibly bad but I’m wondering if it’s because of a bug. And worst of all is the amount of ‘clear out this place’ type of missions.
But I’ve spent money on it and I still want to give it a chance.
If you’ve listened to their podcast you’d have seen that they gave the task of reviewing pokemon to a fangirl. If you’re going to compare review scores you should at least be sure that the reviewer is the same person.

You must really love bad games. (Not saying that Death Stranding is bad, but games that have gotten a low score from IGN are truly crap. They usually rate games between 7-10 and the stuff below is usually horrible.

I’ve never been into fps games so this is my first COD ever - and I really enjoy it! Though it’s also very samey. It’s just different variatons of point and shoot for hours, but the stealth missions, story, look and feel make it worth it. I’d never give it a 9 but it’s a solid 8 so far.
I’d rather have games focus more on physics than looks like BoTW. It looks like Death Stranding will be that type of game too so i’m excited.
God of War is a 10/10 game in my book but when Kratos can’t go places and have to take a huge detour just because there’s some stones or a tree in the way - that felt incredibly outdated. Or for example when Aloy or Nathan Drake can only climb white or yellow cracks.
It’s time to get rid of the invisible walls.
Is removing a mini skirt and a strapless top ‘doing everything they can to distort the original’?

Persona 5’s graphics isn’t really much of a looker either, it’s the slick menu and effects design that makes it cool.
At least some are trying to solve the problem instead of clinging to their guns and shouthing prayers.
