Interesting article, definitely. And, yeah, Bernard... but this is what one would expect when you work for Hopkins.
"Of course" M. Bison would say that!
Couldn't help but pre-order mine a while back. Should be quite a fun read.
If memory serves me right the King explodes to give you the star, so he wouldn't suddenly be whole again. Fun theory though.
"Too far"? There's nothing too far with these titles, as each game has a reason for what's depicted. In my opinion the author needs to grow thicker skin and stop nitpicking like a lot of people do these days, so gaming can advance as a whole.
The review system is definitely flawed these days and should be changed. Instead of firing back, why don't the developers and gaming media devise a new rating method for reviews? Kind of like the industry did in the 90s with the ESRB rating system.
Saying and doing are two different things, because we all know how quick that can change. In my opinion, if the Switch makes for easy ports and developers put their games on the system at the same time as the others then their sales could be better.
If you want a game and own more than one console I'm sure waiting another year is out of the question when it's already out for the other system you own.
Saint 2 was definitely the peak, I feel. But if another Saints is happening that isn't trying to be a cleverly disguised add-on with a number behind it then I'll give it another go.
Pass. Rockstar, seriously, we want new ip. Everyone who wanted to play this gem has and the game could be bought cheaper than the price you guys could think up for a remaster.
I can see the sensitive patrol are up in arms again. You know what would have offended everyone? I hate cookies.
Me too. I added to cart, but nothing happened. I, at least, got to see it was in stock. Oh well, I guess. I'll wait.
I'm sorry if that wound is still fresh. The flashbacks do go away I promise.
Easy. The Super Mario Brothers movie.
I suppose that all depends.. is a World War 1 setting distasteful for any other form of art? With serious subject matter like this it all comes down to how you depict the topic. With video games like this it's a balance of fun and fact. You can't put every detail in there, but you can get the point across and that's what you walk away with.
Definitely a masterpiece. The first time I played it was at a friend's house and, despite playing the first game in the series what felt like an eternity ago, my mind was blown. I had been wanting a third person view for the franchise and now that I had it I basked in the glory of fighting my first nameless victim, snagging a gun, and dying within 5 minutes of starting mayhem. Time well spent.
Insanely affordable. I can't wait to see the launch titles if the NS is this cheap.
Agreed. Hopefully when the Switch releases there will be some killer rewards.
Nope. Unless the big 3 truly adopt the smart phone way of things and turn out a super console every 2 years, which would suck, in my opinion.
I just see exclusives coming with each new iteration just to have us buy it. The point of the console was to buy one and you're set for 4-6 years, not buy two or three $400 consoles to be able to play what you want. It's a game console, not a cell phone.
Nice interview and some good tidbits on our first steps into the 3D space. I wish Playtonic Games the best of luck, because this game is a breath of fresh air for me.
