I suppose that'd true, especially because only Wii U has free online now. On a hardware basis alone though, I think the PS4's hit the sweet spot.
Even though it looks like a blast, and I'll be getting it... I was still hoping for Metroid Prime 4.
I totally agree with that list. Of course I'll be happy if only Sonic makes it back. That said, those really are THE iconic video game characters.
So hilarious. I love how quirky Japanese developers are.
Wow.
True. And PC and Wii U are still free to play online~
I really hope that Sonic and Solid Snake return! Especially Sonic. Mario/Sonic/Megaman are the most iconic video game characters of our days and for them to all be together would be awesome!
It really is quite surprising how well these cards have fared. I thought for sure after seeing the Battlefield 3 fault line trailer that I would have had to upgrade for sure. But I've had no trouble running the game on ultra at 1920x1080, though with only 2x anti-aliasing.
Though, I tried to run the game in stereoscopic 3D once, just for giggles, and it looked like the thing was going to explode. lol
I keep wondering about maybe 7850/70 or going all out a...
The advantage of being able to self publish on PC. PC FTW.
Agreed. I'm going to be investing in a new graphics card in the coming months. Though my 5850 has served me well over the years.
That would be awesome! I fully endorse this!
PC/Wii U/PS4.
All of the best exclusives and the multiplats. There done.
I didn't say console. I meant Nintendo in general. Shin Megami Tensei, Fire Emblem, X. Towards the end of the Wii there was Last Story, Xenoblade. They also had Fragile, Arc Rise Fantasia, Tales of Graces, Tales of Symphonia 2. Nintendo has been getting a lot of JRPGs as of late. More so than I expected.
Also, it is not that the Wii U can not run Luminous or Unreal, as much as it is, the companies that designed those engines will not make their engine for Nintendo consol...
I agree. KH has had 3 releases on Nintendo consoles, and the style really doesn't make the game resource heavy at all. With Nintendo positioning itself to be the best JRPG source for the next generation, Nintendo needs key titles such as Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts III.
Seems like no for now, which really just seems like discrimination. Microsoft and Sony, but no Wii U? Wii U's only real hardware concern compared to the other consoles is the ram, and that really isn't the end all. Besides, X looks waaaaaay more resource heavy than FFV. So why no FFXV? I'm really disappointed by this; however, who knows, maybe something will be announced at a later date.
Come on! Nintendo hasn't had a new numbered Final Fantasy since the SNES....
Wasn't a pack in for all regions. Just saying.
Seriously, sounds like lazy programming to me.
I still think that the FFVIII intro is the best intro ever.
It's more of a lower end 6000 series. The GPUs were changed a lot through development. It can do all of the cool directx 11 effects(not dx 11 though because that is a Microsoft branded thing, and therefore most likely is designed to run things through Open CL), and can run a lot cpu tasks because it is a gpgpu. That said, all console parts are weak and outdated. That doesn't mean they can't produce some amazing looking games.
After all, "Uncharted 3" an...
I actually prefer for consoles to have the external brick. It makes the consoles themselves smaller, and makes cooling easier. Of course that won't really be an issue for the PS4 since it is using a mobile APU(That's not a bad thing, just a fact, and a fact that makes the thing run very efficiently).
