I couldn't have said it better myself .
This article is late. Nintendo shares have returned to normal.
Only because Sony is letting it die. Come on Sony it's a great platform, don't let this happen!
If they added a hard drive that it would probably be proprietary. The way they're doing it now is far better than Microsoft or Sony because I can choose the size I want and I can choose the brand I want. They gave me the choice to decidebased on my preferred cost/quality, without being able to mark things up anyway they want.
While, yes, this is something we knew, at the same time, the response to Unreal 4 on Wii U was actually that they were unwilling to make a Wii U version of the engine. Pretty sure that if mobile phones can handle the engine, Wii U can too.
Wow. That's a good read. Shame on insecure "gamers."
My fingers are crossed~
Nintendo doesn't really need to do anything to prevent "financial game over;" however, they do need to change how they are doing things in order to remain competitive. They also have to find a way to end the age of fanboys and hate that has polluted the gaming community that I was once proud to be part of. On both fronts, they have an uphill battle, but if anyone can do it, it's Nintendo.
Says the immature and insecure "baby."
I hope we get this. I've never played any of these games, but was looking for a chance. This is that chance.
I guarantee that the people disagreeing here did not read the article, and don't understand how truly far they have fallen from the ability to enjoy great software and innovative hardware.
What are you on? Nintendo supports their products far more than Sony does. How is Sony supporting that Vita, by the way?
Well, they are making amazing products, but blind fanboys who won't buy anything except their preferred brand, and fanboys who spread lies and misinformation are doing everything they can to stop people from buying these amazing products. This is what the "gaming" community has become. It's sad that I must mourn the passing of the days of the true gamer.
3rd support was practically non existent on the Nintendo 64, and GameCube had some 3rd party support, though it consisted mostly of poorly made ports. Nintendo hasn't had good third-party support since the Super Nintendo era; however, they have continued to be successful financially.
By the way, "reheated" should be "released." My phone sometimes makes me type weird things.
Point is though, Nintendo didn't sell a very large number of...
Nintendo has stated that they always begin development on the new consuls the day after they release their current ones.
Man people are jumping all over these. Only 3 out of the 6 consoles they've reheated in the last were breakthrough successes. GameCube and Nintendo 64 both sold less than 25 million worldwide. This isn't the end of the world for Nintendo.
Why are you always here Miku? And there's a lot more exclusive games on the horizon than PS4.
Why wouldn't they?
Well, for all of the reasons already outlined by "wonderfulmonkeyman." ;
There's a bigger chance of Sony characters appearing on a Nintendo console. Sony is constantly hemorrhaging money. Now do yourself a favor and get yourself a Wii U. Most Sony games are on the pc, so what's the point in getting a PS4 at the moment?
I don't think this will be the last time we see a Sony handheld, and I don't think the Vita is going to die, either.
