Seriously though, XBL Gold is a waste of money! It should be free like every other platform, or at the very least, if they're super greedy, make it maybe 10 or 15 a year.

Yes I have a modded Wii with a hard drive attached to it. However, I did it to play import games and to install my games to the hard drive.
I didn't have to mod my PS3 because it can already play imports... although one thing seductive about jail breaking a PS3 is the ability to play PS2 games on it. Something that should be possible now. I had to buy ...

I still can't believe that the Dragon Age DLC "Warden's Keep" is $7! It's only a mission, and some armor.... but it has one critical thing that forces you to buy it! A chest for holding items! Without it you can run out of inventory space. You don't always want to sell things because you'll need it later. And selling to shops screws you over if you want to buy back.
I think Mistwalker has been doing great. totally replaced Square for me. Monolith is keeping up with the game too~
