I was willing to defend the ONE at the start, but after recent revelations I'm not only disappointed, but annoyed.
Firstly, Games do not come first, even though gaming is the primary function for consoles.
Secondly, these claims of the ONE being the ultimate entertainment hub are B.S. My PC can do everything the ONE claims to do.
And we're all aware of the biggest problem so there is no point mentioning it.
Not only w...
This article has already been posted, I remember commenting on it.
Anyone could get a job writing for infinity ward.
Terrorists + WMDs + Russians = any Modern Warfare campaign.
But I will admit they've shaken things up for ghosts, now it's terrorists + WMDs + a doggie.
Hmmmmmmmmmm..... I guess Ocarina of time was too mainstream to put in this list.
But surely they couldn't forget Deus Ex...oh wait, they did.
Wow, I am giddy with anticipation. There's nothing like a teaser on a twitter feed to get the blood pumping.
I can't wait to see how this game is integrated with Kinect, and how smart glass can deliver me the full gaming experience.
Sorry guys, I'm all outta sarcasm.
If M$ won't record you, the NSA will. Google NSA PRISM.
But I'm not worried about kinect spying on me; because I won't be buying a ONE.
We got plenty of good games this gen, that's all I care about.
I won't forget the first time I played Mass Effect and Gears of War, back in a time when M$ put games first.
sigh...We had some good times M$, but it's time to move on. It's not me, it's you.
I heard IGN gave it a 10, but gamers revolted, so they revised their review and gave it an 11.
If done properly, DLC can be good and persuade the user to hang on to their copy of a game, which deters them from trading it in.
But if it's abused then people will trade in their games, to the publishers dismay. No one I know would hang on to a game on the premise of uber cool DLC that ends up being armor or weapon skins.
The sad thing is that soon gamers could be swayed to buy a game based on the amount of DLC it has to offer. Who has more maps, 'e...
Can't wait to kick some chickens in HD, they don't call me chicken chaser for nothing.
I'd actually prefer playing this to Fable 3. I don't know how this series went the way it did, It's a shame considering what it could've been.
Trying to sell the ONE in japan would be like trying to sell glasses to the blind.
M$ has done nothing to entice Japanese gamers to purchase the 360, and nothing will change next gen. M$ should detour Japan and focus on...whatever the hell they're doing, if they even know what they're doing anymore.
We need the XB1 to succeed. If it didn't then what would the diehard fanboys have to bitch about?
Oh that's right, there's still the Wii-U. Or maybe the sun, it's last solar flare was crap, the Betelgeuse solar flare was far more powerful, and at 60 fps.
Or maybe A4 paper? rumours say that A3 delivers a far better paper cut experience.
I love the Playstation, and always will. But I will not resort to degrading M$ just because ...
For all we know M$ could surprise us at E3 and leave the sony fanboys with foot in mouth disease.
Or they could screw up royally and show us rubbish titles that are 'better with kinect'. We just don't know yet, and until E3 comes along there's no point in speculating.
All i know is this will be the biggest E3 ever, and M$ cannot afford to screw it up.
Damn straight. Movies take you along for the ride, but games put you in the drivers seat.
How this article got approved is beyond me, I've read longer facebook posts.
The PS4 announcement gained worldwide attention, and by the looks shadow fall, no one could be disappointed at the visuals, and it's a launch title, which leaves plenty of room of improvement.
Another doom n gloom article. The writer is probably still pi$$ed that Dec 21 was a fizzer.
There should be a tax on incompetent politicians.
The problem with the industry is the industry itself, to a certain degree.
Gaming is very lucrative now, it's surpassed Hollywood and the music industry in terms of earnings. And when money is involved people are going to cash in.
And when there's a lot of cash there's a lot of risk. Some games cost as much as a hollywood blockbuster to develop, and so these games need to sell plenty of copies for the Devs and Publishers to break even.

It's a pretty bold statement considering some of the other gems we've played this gen.
But it's a matter of opinion. I'm just glad we've got so many great games to play.
There's no point in having exclusives if no one is going to buy this infernal machine.
It saddens me that I won't ever play another Halo, Forza etc, and to think they may revive K.I and Banjo Kazooie only makes it worse.
M$ not only shot themselves in the foot, They fired a BFG at it. Even if they listened to the concerns of everyone, it's too late now, the plan is in motion and there's no going back.
