Well, they did sneak in the startup of the UI.
I feel like they will be explaining those features in the next show when they announce the price. But I can't see them charging people if the system is backwards compatible, but with it being called a "remaster" then they might but I hope not. If anything I hope you just have to purchase the expansion. And its probably going to be like 40 dollars kinda like Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.
I'm sorry to hear that... Hopefully, you'll realize the mistake you made after this event.
You're right that's my bad... rushed late night researching gone wrong on my part lol.
It's pretty easy to brag about 60 million gold subscribers when you hand out gamepass/ultimate subscriptions practically for free for about a year now AND include all of the PC players out there to subscribe. I'm interested in seeing how many of those subscriptions are exclusively only Xbox owners but I'm sure we will never see those numbers especially since there aren...
That's the GPU clock speed. But also Teraflops definition is a unit of computing speed equal to one million million floating-point operations per second.
Not trying to argue, Just educating.
We can all keep telling you that.
PSN alone made 12 billion in revenue last year and 18+ billion including physical/hardware sales. Xbox made 3.4 billion in gaming revenue and Xbox services/content was 2.4 billion in revenue. both for Xbox are in decline. Sony is also in decline but not nearly as bad as MS. and these numbers show his point is still valid.
Pretty sure Cerny stated they chose 825GB because of cost and their analysis on the average amount of games installed on a user's PS4. Also, I thought it was 4 channels for the SSD, not 12.
EDIT: Nevermind I was thinking about the 4 PCIE lanes, not channels.
@Mcstorm
And I'm not doubting or denying that. I thought it was a positive comment showing how accessible their exclusive games are.
And I got my PC for my Xbox games. And PS4 for PS4 games. Everyone wins in the end like always! 🙌
You have my respect!! This fella right here is a true gamer! You provided nothing but facts my good man!
"Sony aren't able to match what Microsoft are doing, that is why. Backwards compatibility on the PC is one of it's biggest strengths, it's one of the main reasons that I'm a PC gamer first and foremost."
And this is why I'll never need to buy an Xbox. I have my PC for Xbox exclusives and shooters/3rd party games... and my PS4 and 5 for sony exclusives.
Smart delivery only counts for games supported that get released for XB1 and XSX. If it's a 360 game then it's either running through BC or you buy the remastered version if the developer made one.
I'd prefer to have unified memory. Only 10GB of that 16 is available for games. Where the PS5 has roughly 100gbps less but has more ram to work with for the games. This will be more of a factor later into the generation when the systems are being used to their full potential and games for the XSX can only utilize 10GB and Sony will have more available. I'm sure some of that 16 is reserved for the OS (Linux based) but it definitely won't need 6GB thanks to not relying on a thirsty ...
@melankolis
Because it's NaughtyDog silly. ;)
I started TLOU on normal difficulty and played it multiple times (once through each difficulty) and man oh man the higher difficulties make the game a whole different experience playing through it. I think for TLOU2 I'm going to start on hard first instead of normal because I feel like you miss out on such an experience playing below hard.
You must have missed some of the Xbox articles. There's plenty of times where almost every other comment was marked as inappropriate even if it wasn't trolling, just negative opinions.
PlayStation originals animation is the same. That was from Rachet and Clank movie. Which was years ago.
Get both and they will balance themselves out.
