This thread might as well get pulled if people cant even comment without it being marked as inappropriate... This is sad. Hope i don't get banned for this LMAO.

LOL, I love seeing all of these appropriate comments getting flagged as inappropriate. Xbox fans can't handle the taste of their own medicine so they have to flag the comments they don't like instead of disagreeing like an adult.

The first part is going to be much larger with Midgar than the original game. They basically made the Midgar section an entire game. More quests and story/character development.
Sure they cant just pop in a PS3 disc and enjoy... but PS owners still have an option by subscribing to PSNow. Theres 100's of PS3 games on there that are playable INSTANTLY without any downloads. So its not like they cant play old games on their system at all.
There were reports that Sony reserved a venue in NYC for the 29th of this month. There hasn't been any reports or invitations being sent out so things could have changed since then but people are still hoping.
KillBill is correct. The disc is just to show the system that you own the game, so it downloads what is needed to play the game. Its not just pop the disc in and instantly play. This is due to the architecture difference between 360 to XBO. Same goes for PS3 to PS4, but i would say the Cell architecture really makes this tougher than compared to the 360 and XBO. I don't expect the PS3 to be playable on any other system because of this but maybe they could surp...
" I don't know the architecture of the PS5 but likely not as friendly as the architecture between the XB1 and XBSX."
All of the current gen consoles and next gen consoles are on x86 architecture and they are using fairly identical hardware with their own custom options on both current gen and next gen. Sony confirmed this back when they originally released info about the PS5 last April.
"You can't make arguments about Sony being able to do something when they have shown zero indications of actually doing something."
Considering MS literally just announced this on Monday and it isn't even implemented yet, I'm pretty sure I can make a conversation rather than an argument.
Not sure why you thought I was arguing with the person I replied to. I simply disagreed with his/her example and I expressed my opinion on how every...
Your example is flawed since the last of us wasn't developed for the PS4 at the same time as the PS3 version. Cross buy wasn't even announced until after the last of us was already close to being released. Also considering the architecture between the PS3 and 4 were so different, it wasn't really practical for a demanding AAA game that required a lot of tricks to run well on the PS3.
Sure they could have done more with it but it doesn't mean they can't ...
I'm fairly sure there will still be 3rd party games that will have a cross buy feature... You know that feature Sony has had since the Vita was launched that lets you buy the game once and be able to play it across the PS3 4 and/or Vita? Sounds a lot like this smart delivery feature.
Remember Sony has been talking about making the transition from PS4 to ps5 as seamless as possible and I feel crossbuy will be an important part of keeping that transition seamless.
How is it compared to changing a GPU??? 😂
Sounds like crossbuy to me. Vita had a different gpu than the PS4 and you didn't have to buy it again. Actually there's even PS3 to PS4 cross buy games too.
Just because it downloads specific files for the designated model you need doesn't make it different lmao. Crossbuy worked by allowing you to download the version for the PSVita and also being able to play it on PS4 at no extra charge or vice versa....
Have fun playing all those games when their servers or your internet is down since it will have to confirm you still are allowed access at some point when using the service. This is what MS wanted all along since the original announcement of the XBO. They don't want you to physically own the games anymore. Once enough people stick with game pass, I bet you physical copies will be no more. They are just doing exactly what they wanted just in a different way that looks pro consumer. Thankfu...
Saying 12 TF and announcing system features doesn't sound like a spec reveal to me. How about the amount of RAM, CPU, clock speeds, storage size and other things like that? That's what I would call a spec reveal.
Cliffhangers are usually there to keep the story open for a sequel. Something that Remedy probably doesn't have planned for QB. I do agree with The Order, but as for God Of War, IDK how you manage to think that game didn't have a proper ending.(Spoiler) If you are talking about how they left it at Thor showing up to their home as the game not ending properly then you must be mistaken. The primary plot of the game reached its end before you get to that very final cutscene. The final cu...
Just get GOG galaxy. CD project red are the creators behind it and it works like Geforce Now but without the streaming. So you can have all of your launchers accounts linked to this one launcher and launch all of your games from it without having to open the other launchers. The are also integrating all the friends lists from the other launchers too you can see whos online, but you just cant chat with the launcher yet. , but thats not ready just yet. I know that will bring it up to 6 but it w...

I was just about to say the same thing lol. But I don't believe the original minds behind Burnout are at the studio anymore.
You can go discuss it on their websites then. That stuff needs to stay off this site so the toxicity stops peaking with each rumored article.
