Is this Native 4k or is this with DLSS on?

Do you have anyone in here to call out as a fraud? The people in this thread might not be the same people you are talking about. And who's complaining? Theres a difference between complaining and downplaying.

The reason it's not on DMC is probably due to them wanting the game to run at 60fps and enabling RT on a less capable GPU would probably cause them to keep the game at 30 fps instead. Since Watch Dogs doesn't need 60 fps to be enjoyable, they are able to turn on RT and cap the system at 30 fps.

Yeah, the VR games shouldn't really act different from a normal PS4 game.

Awesome! I never finished this game but now I definitely want to finish it. It's not a bad game, I'm just lazy when it comes to wanting to play VR these days haha.

No, you need to be on a PS5 to download these. This benefit is exclusive to PS5 owners.

I thought it was 17 games when they announced this? What did they add?

Is it bad that this Ad gave me chills? 😅

There is more to it than just the SSD. It has to do with how the system utilizes the RAM (which XSX does different from the PS5). So this may never be a feature for PS5 and I'm perfectly fine with that. XSX uses 6GB of its 16GB for the OS and 10GB for the GPU.

Yeah out of 4 BC games they cared to show. Watch the DF video showing Miles Morales load. *Spoiler*--- It loads the game in 4 seconds and the game save loads in less than 2 seconds. Funny how a game that actually utilizes the SSD architecture loads that fast...

It could have something to do with XSX having 6GB of its GDDR6 being set aside for other things besides the GPU.

"Microsoft’s engineers have prioritized that the 10GB of super fast RAM (which is faster than the RAM used in PS5), for use with the GPU, while the remaining 6GB of ‘normal’ speed RAM can be used for other less processor intensive functions." So this could be more than a simple patch to get working.

BIG OOF... But hey! At least the XSX can load BC games faster than the PS5.

Depends on how you play. Some people have said 10-12 hours for the story and up to 20 hours if you want to go for the platinum trophy.

He definitely was lying!

Have you seen the slower BC game loading compared to the XSX? 😂

It would have been embarrassing if the PS5 loaded BC games faster with all the talk about great BC support for the XSX. Im over here looking at how fast Spiderman Miles Morales loads, but everyone else in here has their blinders on like they don't see the real benefit to the PS5 SSD speeds yet.

Finally, someone with some sense!

1944d ago 1 agree2 disagreeView comment

Thats a very fair point! Most people here don't realize that both the PS4 and XBO manage their game files differently which explains why we are seeing these differences on the new consoles. Something I also noticed in this video is the fact that the XSX actually boots into the games a second or so faster. To actually test how fast the actual game its self loads, we should be counting from the moment the screen goes black rather than when selecting the game to play.

Loo...

Don't even try bud... They ignore any factual evidence even if it punched them in the face. I mean, we can already see how fast Miles Morales loads from the home screen (4 seconds according to DF) and from the main menu to gameplay. (1.7s according to DF)

How can someone look at those load times from a PS5 game and then come back to these BC games and really think that the SSD in the PS5 is a joke? This is because it doesn't benefit them with what they are bragging...

"The PS5 ssd was being put out there to be the end all be all"
Yeah, when fully utilized by games developed for the SSD architecture like it is primarily designed for. Personally I'm still waiting to see this "HUGE" power advantage that keeps being put out there to be the end all be all for XSX.

"Imagine when the velocity architecture actually gets utilized."
Yeah, it's going to wipe the floor with the PS5 from all of...

But less stable 60 fps depending on the game. So which do you prefer? The unnoticeable resolution difference or a smoother running game?
