Uhm, news flash.... smoke isn't infinite. 🤣 How clueless are you to not know that the amount of smoke lessens once something isn't at a burning temperature anymore??
So you believe that multiple people went out of their way to have purchased a XSX and do these reports just to stir the pot? But you can't believe that this can just possibly happen?? If these reports are real then you are the one that is fkn sad good sir.
Just an issue with the system unexpectedly powering down during standby mode causing the system to perform a system storage check on the next startup but according to ACG this happened multiple times until the system died I guess. If it ever happens to me I'm just going to disable standby mode until I hear the issue is fixed.
Im not going to leave my PS5 in standby mode if this ever happens to me once.
This happens to my PS4 pro a decent amount of times (I'd say maybe once a month and its usually when I haven't been on the system for a good week or so) but I always assumed it was just a power surge causing this.
@KingofBandits
"Blew smoke or vape into top vents, turn on console and viola" \
Look at the Button on the system. It's not on.
Could also be a sound from something else. 🤷🏻♂️ Seeing that there is more than one video about this leads me to believe this could be a big problem. Yes I understand new devices will have defective ones.... but SMOKING?? When was the last time you saw a report of a game console smoking shortly after release? Hopefully none catch fire and burn someones house down!
Yeah, but he had it in his possession first. Obtaining and paying wins over paying and waiting. lol
Its just for the install. Thats why it says mimimum requirements instead of set requirement. Meaning you need at least 150Gb to download the game so it can install. Sony just does their file management differently than MS. I would hope a company like MS can do this better than Sony considering they make Windows.
Perfect! I only got Miles Morales because of this... but once this patch is released, I'll gladly upgrade to get Spider-Man remastered.
Yeah I'd love to see the XB controller do this since many people on here say its the same thing. 😂
Crazy what you can do with voice coil actuators huh? This is how they are doing it with PS5 games. It's just audio profiles being sent to the haptics allowing such accuracy.
sure they would show a deadline for this offer if there was one. Its not like this is a console launch benefit. this is a PS+ benefit only on a PS5 so if you don't have your PS5 in your home, you have to wait. There has been no indication of this being a limited time offer. If that does happen, Im sure there will be a heads up for it. If anything does change, they will either cycle out games or they will just keep adding games to it. But you dont have to worry about a deadline as of right...
Bad math. That means 1 out of the 20 aren't benefiting but many more that 1 is already been shown to be running at 60 fps And they all have shown better load times for the games shown so far.
"What about this as a question then, will this offer still be available with the 2nd wave of launches? Hmmm, I do hope so."

@lonewolf
I was talking about Overall CPU usage. That just shows this game does a poor job at multi-threading performance.
Don't forget Destruction All-Stars for January.
Video shows the CPU at like 20% at most during the benchmark. The game is very GPU intensive.
Im sure the engine is well optimized considering R6 Siege scales very well and its on the same engine. It's just a matter of how well the devs optimize the games code. Anvil engine is due for another upgrade for next-gen since it hasn't had a major overhaul since AC Unity. There are other games that use it too. like the last two Ghost recons and even the new Immortals Fenix rising uses the same engine.
Specifically AC games on PC. Remember AC 3? Boston ran like complete crap no matter what system you were running on. Wouldn't be surprised if it still does... I need to download it and try just out of curiosity.
Didn't you hear? All these reports are "fake". 🤣
