Im excited to feel what Insomniac have come up with for the adaptive triggers even more than the haptics.
Im sure the fact that Avengers flopped is the #1 reason behind this. SE cant afford another flop like that right now. And I'm sure seeing what happened to Cyberpunk was the cherry on top.

It could also be the fact that the games went from T for teen to E10+ starting with the Future Tools of destruction.
That could have played a part in how the humor/spunk has changed. 🤷♂️
CODBO:CW is the worst game on my PS5. Miles morales crashed once for me but BO:CW hard crashed my system to the point where i had to unplug the system for it to even respond to the power button being pressed. Uninstalled the game the moment I got back onto the home screen and it will never be installed again. Im blaming the game and not the system considering this stuff happens with the same game for XSX users.

You may have just managed to grow up like the rest of us? The humor is still funny but for a much older person its more silly than funny. IMO Your sense of humor tends to change as you mature. I play R&C for the gameplay not the humor but it does bring a smile to my face with the character interactions/dialogue. Its a thumbs up in my book for every R&C that was released to date excluding Deadlock...

Insomniac has already stated that the game is releasing during the PS5 launch window which I believe lasts until March. I believe we will find out the release day sometime this month if they are still shooting for the PS5 launch window.

COD: CW is still Broke AF. It's causing weird issues on both next gen systems. I uninstalled from my PS5 after it completely powered down my system one day to the point where I had to unplug the console before the power button even worked again. Split screen is also buggy as hell. I ended up picking the game up on sale on PC and I'm enjoying it there instead. Its a shame I wasted my money on the console version just because I was very interested in the dualsense features.
I think the issue might be exclusively for the XSX/S controllers. Different controller model means different firmware most likely.

Anytime you see MS announce a game with "Console LAUNCH exclusive". It means it's only exclusive at launch on their console but It'll come out later on others.
A good majority of the games shown off in may and june are console launch exclusives.

No, they showed us 40+ minutes of the prologue back in 2018 and the rest was CGI trailers and the same b-roll footage over and over. Then they came out with 30 seconds of slow driving and walking in the city showing both console versions. The most "real" footage we got from CP2077 was back in 2018 and thats it.
I haven't messed with hitman 1 or 2 but Im really starting to get interested again So i might have to do a bundle purchase if they offer one.
With the lack of what they have shown, it has me a bit worried. But none of their previous games were bad so I hope they are just trying to not spoil us!
2009 is only 3 years after launch... thats about how every gen works.

However, I do agree that the PS3 gen did feel like it lasted longer than the PS4 but that could just be what happens when you get older and you have more responsibilities other than going to school hanging with friends and playing games. Everything feels faster when you get older....

When TF is this game going to come out? I feel like this game is taking forever to release but maybe they just needed to not announce it as soon as they did. The Writer and Art director leaving doesn't concern me. The game is basically almost finished so there should be no reason for those developers to stay. The art design and writing should already set in stone at this point.
