Yeah its nice experiencing something that the PC players have had since 2015 for this game. Do they include Keyboard and Mouse support with this upgrade?
They don't even use the TSMC node for the 30 series. They used Samsung's 8nm node while AMD is on the TSMC 7nm node and most likely AMD will use this 3nm TSMC node before Nvidia does. AMD is already planned to use TSMC's 5nm node for RDNA3 for next year. Nvidia better jump back to TSMC or they will be in for a rude awakening from AMD.
It was something like that... Parity clause I believe. The game couldn't look or perform better on the other systems. It had to perform or look better on the 360 and had to either release earlier than other consoles or on the same day as the other consoles.
This is a good point! MS never owned Bungie.... They just owned the IP and Bungie left the moment they could.
🤣🤣🤣
Not a single console manufacturer is solely to blame for this. They all have done it. You want to blame Sony but you don't bat an eye about how MS just purchased a WHOLE F****** 3RD PARTY PUBLISHER??
You seem to be stuck on this GTA3 example that was a timed exclusive 😂. Remember how GTA3 came out on the OG Xbox and actually looked better than the PS2 version? They actually put that extra time into making it better ...
That could be the case. Foliage and shadow detail is more demanding than some people might think. Just like how the XSX runs
With how much shorter the load times are now, a few seconds faster is actually a larger difference than compared to 43 seconds VS 45-46 seconds.
Example: You know what half of 2 is? 1 which means if loading on one system is 2 seconds VS 1 second that means the game loads 50% faster than the other system. So if 12 TF is a huge difference compared to 10TF like many people pound their chest about, why cant a few seconds faster loading times at an already fast load time be jus...
So if the One X was more powerful than the PS4 Pro. Why did the PS4 Pro have the advantage here?? Just doesn't make sense if it's a more capable system.
Darth is talking about cross-gen. People are assuming this because Horizon: Forbidden West is going to be cross-gen, but nothing has been said if this is true or not. Clearly we have seen that Sony isn't doing this for all of their first party games like R&C, Destruction All Stars, Demons Souls, Returnal, and GT7. This could be true, but we have no idea yet.
@JustTheFax
Thats actually correct. I always forget about that. Magnuson Moss warranty act.
If there is no sticker to remove, they would have no way of telling unless you tear up the controller during disassembly.
I dropped the one I bought one time about 4ft with the left grip onto laminate flooring and boy did this thing bounce lol. This was before the system released and after using it for a week when I got my PS5 it started having a creaking plastic sound if you excessively squeeze the controller or try twisting it. It still works fine but just something I've noticed, and the one that came with the system is still perfect. So durability might not be that great for drops but I don't have is...
"I've beaten every crash game"
Even all the other crappy spinoff Crash games that Activision made over the years felt like a Crash game but this one doesn't? Unless it's a remake like the trilogy, there will never be a Crash game that feels the same as the PS1 games. Even the Crash games that came out on PS2 didn't feel like the trilogy.
I think you just need to get used to it. It has gotten good reviews and I haven't heard...
Pretty sure it's just pure luck.
The one with more fins can push more air easier than the one with less fins allowing it to run at a lower RPM. But just running the other fan at a higher RPM will allow the same airflow.
Im excited to see what they come up with for an FPS after being blown away by Alien: Isolation! Maybe a sequel to it?
A stronger GPU wouldn't require a reduction in the dynamic resolution scaling if that was the case. On paper it is a stronger GPU but in terms of efficiency, thats a different story.
You could just not worry about it and you wont even notice. But most likely this could just be an earlier version of the fan before it was revised. So if you don't have the system yet, most likely you'll have the better fan. I have My PS5 and can't hear a thing besides faint coil whine with my ear right up to the system and the game is muted.
And you could have the "louder" fan for all we know.
Console version is VERY toxic compared to PC. PC community is much better in terms of this stuff but they have also VASTLY improved the QOL in this game since year 2 so you should give it another try. They have a newcomers lobby when you are below a certain level so toxicity for beginners should be much lower. This game is also much more enjoyable with a full team or almost a full team and then you wouldn't even have to worry about toxic vote kickers.
