If sitting the average 5-6 feet away from your huge 50" TV (which should actually make it more apparent) somehow makes jaggies less visible, you need your eyes checked.

Would I want all of them to run at WHXGA with 16AA, 16Aniso ,.. Well yes,.. Would it make much difference in quality of what is rendered,..I doubt it.."

Here's an example I think most of us can relate to. Forza 3 vs GT5. (And remember, this is only about tracks, GT5 wins everywhe...

We definitely need the GSL maps, or at least larger maps. Most of the current maps encourage early all-ins, or 2 base play... something that Zerg can't have. Steppes of War and Jungle Basin are the worst as Zerg.

Protoss 200/200 is terrifying. Especially if they hit the deathball of Colossi, HT, Sentries, and Stalkers. At that point, the most you can do is abuse Zerg's mobility and quick army rebuild. Unless they're smart and just kill you straight up. Broodlords ...

Killzone 2 had some terrible explosions... it's just a rising puff of cloud after an orange flash. That is not how an explosion looks. It looked perfect during the older builds (Lezpig was the best), I don't know why it was changed.

Killzone 3 has a much better explosions. Yeah, it's low res (according to that picture of the first E3 trailer...), but it looks better in motion. And that cloud puff is gone, woot.

"Well, seeing as how Killzone 2 won
many GotY Awards,
and many FPS GotY Awards,
as well as recived many critical acclaims,
and great reviews,

I can say with 100% certainty that Killzone 3 will be the best FPS since Half Life 2."

No. Uncharted 2 won most of the 2009 GOTY awards. And Half-Life 2 won 39 GOTY awards from major sites and publications in 2004. Yes, 39.

And with awards and scores out of ...

"Crysis 2 should of stayed on PC where nobody would play the mp."

Huh? The multiplayer communities are HUGE on PC, even for older. You'll have over 1000 people still playing some crappy 5 year-old game. Just today - and remember this is only today, at it's highest point of number of players playing AT THE SAME TIME - 77,632 people on Counter-Strike Source. Think of that.

Look at his comment history, 90% of it is about Killzone 3... wouldn't be surprised if he worships it.

Steam was terrible when it started honestly. It didn't start picking up until a little while after Half-life 2. But Steam really was a new era in PC gaming, for community features, being a universal social system across many games, it's sales, the fact that the devs basically get full profit, ect. It's still the leader of digital distribution and social features across all systems.

MULTIPLAYER DEMO. That's what this is. Game was out of beta for a while now, and it's already gold. In fact, I don't even remember a beta build. It was just pre-alpha, alpha, then it went gold. It's all fancy wording guys.

I loved Twisted Metal Black the most, the dark theme was perfect. Jaffe said that, while Black was the highest rated and most praised Twisted Metal he made, it was also the worst selling due to the M rating. He's sticking with the T rating with this one just to be safe, but hopefully, if this is a success, we'll see another Black.

That's like saying, I shouldn't care about Starcraft 2, you know, since RUSE is on PS3 anyways.

Yeah, I'd totally try getting 5 headshots with a scoped gun within 10 seconds on a controller... with all the shots connecting. It's funny how much effort, and how easy it is to accidentally pull the aim too far left or right, while with a mouse, it goes exactly where I want it to go.

Just about EVERY PC game has dedicated servers. Unless your name ...

You do realize this video was made by a small dev making an army simulator? This was on N4G a few days back. Of course it won't be impressive, they obviously aren't as skilled as bigger devs, and graphics aren't the focus on military sims anyways.

"I'm assuming this one is on consoles...I think this game project: offset was cancelled...if on consoles, it would be pretty impressive..."

You thought that was on consoles? What's funn...

Huh? It's been 2 months... most games already drop somewhat within the first. And this isn't an official drop, it's just one retailer.

There was actually time where they were GREAT games. After Underground 2 though (which was also extremely good), the series began to fall apart. ESPECIALLY when they started using the terrible skateboard peripheral.

Just try the PC demo on Steam. The requirements are insanely low. Like, Intel integrated graphics low.

If you really think the trees and shadows look fine... you need an eye check. Please go to Trial Mountain and tell me that looks good. Or Autumn Ring. And look in cockpit view or the back of your car during a replay, and look how the shadow dances everywhere, and the jaggy interior shadow. Then go to Nordschleife, and look how the shadows aren't so bad, and the trees look decent. There's a track inconsistency going on in the game.

The track editor is alright. The area...

An integrated Intel card could run this game. The whole "my PC isn't good enough" argument doesn't work for this game.

"Skyrim’s is similar to Fallout 3’s, not Oblivion’s,” Bethesda community manager, game’s official forums."

I was pissed about the level scaling until I heard that. Fallout 3 still has it, but it's alot less noticeable, and the weaker enemies still pop up. Plus they have fixed stats. In Oblivion, they changed their stats according to your level, so even if you're level 50, a friggin wolf still takes 10 hits to kill with an iron sword.
