It's only greyed out because it is at 0. Notice how KDR and other things with stats attached are bolded. If the SPM had a rating, it would be bolded too. And it's at the very top, which may subtly imply importance over KDR.
Unless you mean DICE/EA is making it seem important by releasing a screenshot with only KDR bolded.

The only games out of those that deserve to be on every top 10 list are MGS and Zelda, maybe GTA San Andreas or RE4. Everything is good, but DEFINITELY not top 10 material.
And any top 10 without Deus Ex is just *facepalm*, Quite possibly the greatest game ever made, imo, I'd put it above Half-Life 2.

Actually, it was the PC for ages, and considering the Samaritan demo, they still support it and future tech. Gears of War doesn't automatically make the 360 Epic's demographic. How about UT3 releasing over a year later on 360? Or every Unreal Tournament ever creat...
I have no idea why they switched the franchise to TPS,. As much as I liked Guerilla, the first 2 games were amazing, and for the time, so was the destruction.
On Steam you can freely change your name (which honestly can get confusing if they change their picture too), but they allow you to view a person's previous aliases so you can keep track of who's who. Something like that would solve that problem.

Yeah, GT5 has had a 100mb+ patch nearly every month, mostly adding features that the community has suggested. Although I do admit a lot of the added things are no-brainers the should have been there from the beginning (IMO Sony rushed the game out), PD has listened to the fans. The change from launch is HUGE.
You won't be seeing any difference above 60fps without a 120hz monitor though. If I'm getting a good enough framerate, I always enable V-sync since screen tearing bugs the crap out of me and tends to make the framerate seem less then it really is. Most people I know enable V-sync too.
I'll try it out later, but I absolutely loved both of these games.

What? BS. I literally almost always get 1st place overall in TDM, and I ONLY use the AK-47 as my primary weapon, and I fire full-auto, rarely in bursts. It sounds more like a skill issue here. A HUGE reason a lot of these comparisons look similar is because they're all post-patch. You have to see how terrible the old textures were, and they also added a lot of the new effects to DX9 too. It should be pre-patch vs post-patch Crysis 2 with DX11.
And I also thought the same from the first screens and videos. But after playing it, the difference is so huge that the new patch has made it go from being a decent looking console port to being up there with Crysis 1 and...
They won't. The GPU is the largest deciding factor in graphical output. AMD and Nvidia release their latest GPUs to the PC market. The absolute highest-end PC single-GPU at any given time is between $400 and $500. Sony and MS finalize their specs over a year before their consoles launch, and they pick a budget card to prevent a $600 console. By the time they launch, they'll be nearly 2 PC generations late.

$1,000 MINIMUM for a DECENT experience? More like maximum for amazing, since $1000 would net you a near top of the line rig that'll max out nearly everything at 1080p and 60fps. $600 is more like minimum, but even then you'll be maxing out most things.
