Play games, not consoles!

I already got Killzone 3 and Gears of War 3 this year and loved both of them.

Not sure when, but I'll at least play Battlefield 3, MW3 and Uncharted 3.

The next one I'm definitely buying will be the delayed Mass Effect 3.

I know VGChartz isn't the best source for sales, but it had Halo: Reach at 8.69 million, and GT5 at 6.5 million.

Construct in Halo 3 is BY FAR my favorite Halo map, but then again I only played Halo 2 a little bit (got into Halo with Halo 3).

"Uncharted has the perfect campaign with hardly anything wrong to point out."

Seriously? The end to Uncharted 2 was pretty lackluster. The Yeti swerve was pretty weak and the end boss fight was forgettable.

I also don't really care for the basic and unoriginal weapons in Uncharted. That probably has more to do with the game being based somewhat on real places and such, but the guns are boring. Give me creative guns from Halo, Killzone, Gears of ...

...and treasure hunting is a much better story I suppose? /fanboy response

That said, I'll get both games.

***SPOILERS for Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2***

I feel that the power Shepard had in ME2 made a lot of sense. He defeated Sovereign in Mass Effect, and it wasn't enough for the Council to believe him. They just blew it off that he just destroyed a really big Geth ship.

Then in ME2, he's dead and rebuilt by Cerberus, which you come to realize is an extremely powerful organization. The Illusive Man believes Shepard to be the only...

I really don't know what to think.

It says a separate co-op mode that would be like Horde. It could be cool, but it could also just feel tacked on.

If by chance it's co-op story, that wouldn't be very fun, I don't think.

One person may want to play a certain way and make certain choices, while someone else would want it to be completely opposite. Would it be implemented like Fable II, where it would be one person's playthr...

Alan Wake is brilliant. I played the game a second time as soon as I beat it.

Bioshock's "Would you kindly?" was crazy.

As others here have said, I agree with inFAMOUS and the Cole/Kessler connection.

Braid ^^^ there mentioned Minerva and ACII, but I would also go with the ending to AC:BH. That was an awesome twist.

Gears 3 Epic Edition is the game I'm getting.

I'm interested in Resistance 3, but sometime down the line.

""This game was done quite a while ago in terms of we did what we were meant to do. We just kept adding and polishing," he explained."

I think he means they made all the DLC that at least some of it could have been on the disc.

Oh well, I'm a huge Gears fan and I'll probably buy the Season Pass as soon as it's for sale.

Mass Effect 2 didn't have three years. Mass Effect released in November 2007, while, Mass Effect 2 released January of 2010, which is only a couple extra months.

Nice way to drive sales.

Holy crap...that's freakin' amazing. I never knew that existed...but that's pure genius.

I don't care what anyone says, Gears of War (the first one) still looks great. Obviously it isn't the best looking game anymore, but I'm still impressed with it when I play it. Some of the cutscenes still amaze me. It's held up very nicely, in my opinion.

If Microsoft hadn't released the Halo: Reach console, I would definitely be getting the Gears of War console. It looks freakin' sweet.

I decided to get GameFly for a few months to catch up on my backlog of games that i wanted to play, but didn't have the money to buy.

So far I've played Alan Wake (liked it so much I decided to keep it), Medal of Honor and now I'm working on God of War Collection (I think I'm close to beating it).

The other games I have in my Q are: God of War III, Crysis 2, The Darksiders, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Batman: Arkham Asylum.

In my area (Central, VA), I tend to see quite a bit of LEs and CEs in stock after the initial release.

I REALLY wanted the Killzone 3 CE, but didn't want to pay full price of it. After the reviews that said it was kind of short, I decided to wait to get it.

I ended up buying the regular game, and then a little more than a month later, the CE was marked down to $49.99, so I scooped that up and got rid of just the regular one.

I still see L...

@Eiffel - Is that a serious question? Uncharted 2 is not 189 gigs.

Grailly's question was rhetorical and facetious because people were disagreeing with how I used White Lightning's logic as seen below.

"ND have said themselfs that each level in Uncharted would take a full DVD disc for the 360 so in Among theives theres 26 levels which means we are looking at a 26 disc game plus online which would have to go on another disc...so in total that'...

Lmfao...a DVD for 360 holds just under 7 gigs...so going by your logic, Uncharted 2 is close to 189 gigs. I'm impressed they were able to compress it that much to fit it on a 25 (or 50) gig Blu-Ray disc.

/sarcasm

I've played Uncharted and Uncharted 2 and I see no reason why they couldn't be made for Xbox 360. It might take up a few discs, but it could be done.

This is part of Xbox Live's Deal of the Week, which if I'm not mistaken, was voted upon a few weeks ago by XBL members.
