Yep. A buddy of mine sent his console in for repair and got it back with the same issue. He had to send it in again.
A friend of his gave him a RROD console, so he fixed it and then modded it to play burned games. I can't say that I don't blame him either.

That's the 360 version, which has no mention of DLC that I can see. Perhaps they got the versions mixed up o_O

I'm biased, but I thought the cinematic scenes in Gears of War were phenomenal. I'm still in awe everytime I play through and watch them. I can't say if or where they belong on that list because I haven't played any of those games.

The video that's on the Marketplace, "Hunting Big Daddy" or whatever when he has the squishy ball and keeps squeezing it. That video made it look really confusing fighting that monster.
I read the article and I'm a little closer to making it a buy.
Like I said though, I'm on the fence so I'll wait for more review to come out when it gets closer to release. If I'm still on the fence, I'll spend $5 and rent it then I'll know for sure if I wanna buy it.
One way or another though, I'll play this game because it does intrigue me.
I'm on the fence with BioShock. In some ways it looks kinda lame, but in other ways it looks freakishly intriguing. I'm leaning towards buying it, but I might rent it first. I'll decide once more reviews come out.

I don't know if they started development at the same or if it was ported. Whatever the case is, we're now four months removed from the release of the game on PS3. You don't think they're taking that time to optimize it for the 360?

The video I saw on the Marketplace didn't impress me at all. I'm not sure how much it's progressed since then, but I wasn't impressed.
I agree with what you're saying. I love all my games and have had great enjoyment playing them. I'm not a fanboy in the slightest, I just love the games I've been able to play on my 360. Gears of War, GRAW2, WWE SVR 08, PGR3, Forza 2, Saints Row, Viva Pinata etc. are all great games that I can't play on any other console.
I feel like I should trade in everything and get a PS3, but then I won't be able to play those games. It's frustrating because MS doesn't deserve to get my mo...

In mid January I got the Red Ring of Death after doing a console update and an update for Gears of War. Called MSCS and had to send in the console.
