I dunno about shedding a tear or two, but I'm sure they can make at least make it an emotional experience where you at least feel a little something.
I just finished up Mass Effect for the fifth time (I think) and I'm eager to play Mass Effect 2 now.
I'm debating if I want to get Dragon Age: Origins or not. I don't really know much about it, but I'll probably check it out.
...but I'm tired of people saying this looks like Halo 2. Let me tell you, Halo 3 was my first Halo game, and it was an adjustment to go back and play Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. Halo 3, graphically, blows both of those games out of the water.
That said, I'm stoked for ODST. I think it'll be an awesome game and I can't wait to get it.
You actually save a few bucks getting the special edition if you were planning on getting a controller anyway.

I've never said ODST will blow away anyone. I can't speak for anyone else, but I probably won't be blown away by ODST. I'm looking forward to it because I'm familiar with the Halo universe and gameplay, but I won't be blown away by it.

I honestly can't see what all the fuss is about. This game just doesn't do "it" for me, like it does for everyone else.
I've never really had a problem with the driving AI in Halo 2 or Halo 3. Obviously isn't going to be like playing with a real person, but from my experiences it's been solid enough.
I'd rather turret than drive anyways, so it works for me.
