I agree with RB, as much as gamers and devs might want the next gen of consoles, Sony and Microsoft don't.
They are still making tons of profit from 360 and PS3 and lets not forget that neither company is really making ends meet just now.
They aren't gonna go for the risk of launching new consoles just yet.
The wheel itself looks awesome, but I hate motion sensing wheels, you need a proper steering column it just isn't right without one.
Plus the fact it runs horribly on most machines so Rockstar couldn't release a game like that.
I tend to ignore reviews, unless a game is getting unanimously panned, in which case I will avoid it. That's really the only time I take any notice of reviews.
I expected plenty of disagrees for that comment but I didn't even say the game was bad! Yes some parts have felt like a chore to play but over all I do like the game and it is a very very good game, just that IMHO it isn't as good as the first 2!

I dunno about UC3, it doesn't seem to have any of the magic the first 2 did, for me anyway.
It absolutely isn't a 4/10 game though but it's not as perfect as some people would have you believe.
The story and graphics are amazing as usual but the gameplay feels broken (camera controls and aiming) and there are a lot of little features that have been in the first 2 games that are missing here such as the ability to watch the cut scenes in the bonus menu and also all...
Imho it is the worst of the 3 games, don't get me wrong it's still a great game but not as good as UC1+2.
It's all just a matter of opinion and taste. I prefer the feel, dpad, size and layout of the DS3, but I do prefer the triggers and analogue sticks of the xbox pad.
Yeah I'm the same Bolts, the first thing I do when I see an enemy is spot him before pulling the trigger. It helps you to aim at them yourself and if by any chance you don't get a kill you'll still get both kill assist points and spot assist points, so its a win win!

Well it's running on the same engine with some tweaks and on the same hardware so it isn't gonna look like a generational leap is it.
Still looks good enough for me, especially if it's all of San Andreas, which it looks to be.

FYI everything you just said about destruction could be applied to BC1, 1943 and BC2, the destruction in BF3 is no better than BC2. That isn't me saying it's bad btw, cause it isn't but you can't laud it over other games when it is no better than it's own older brothers.
Dunno if I agree with you about the guns, but the single player is absolutely terrible and some of the multiplayer maps are just awful.
I am still trying my best to enjoy it though and it is growing on me. I was the same with BC2, I hated it at first and it grew on me over time. I ended up pumping hundreds of hours into that one and no doubt this will end up the same.
Gotta lol at people sayin "the PS2 was still selling when PS3 released." Yeah it was, and look how the PS3 sold for the first year or two.
