What was the point of that? There is nothing to buy with that cash.. The things that could be bought that would be better than your level 8 gear is over level 8 and can't be used anyway..
May very well be. If it plays as good as it looks, easily. The best looking game visually at e3 when you take into consideration the scale. Those guys & girls at CD Projekt Red are pretty amazing.
@Vegetarianshark I can't even get internet that fast. My comment was about those internet speeds not being available to everyone, regardless of the cost. I never mentioned price. It would cost me ohhh somewhere around $100,000+ to get fibre optic lines run to my house. So if you want to talk about costs...
The game runs great for being in Alpha. I do question having those ?? level enemies in there where my hits do ??? damage when the level cap is 8. I'm guessing it's probably left over from their own time playing without level caps. Fun game, after playing the Alpha, I'm definitely going to purchase the game. I was unsure before, but it's fun to play. Can't wait to see everything in the full game.
Sounds good. Once people get more time with the hunters and can get their strategies worked out, the balance should even back out. It certainly looks very fun to play.
What decade it is has nothing to do with your geographical location. What internet you have available to you is completely dependent on that fact.
Ever read the comments in an article comparing ps4 graphics to Xb1 graphics on a multiplat? It's way worse. You won't ever see a worse pit of shit than one of those comment sections.
Saying mods don't count is bullshit, and probably why you got so many disagrees. They absolutely count. I'm willing to bet they would really start to matter if console games starting offering mod support. They count because they exist. They improve game play as well as graphics. Plus they have been part of gaming longer than Playstation has existed. To answer the only reasonable question you asked "Why do developers leave it just to the modders to take full advantage of PC graphi...
Damn you Verizon!! My internet has slowed to a crawl and there is nothing I can do about it. I might get a phone call in the next 24 hours to let me know if they fixed it, or if they need to send a tech to fix it. sigh... Had to be during a very short Alpha period for a game I'm interested in. Perfect timing..
I'm going to blow your mind. Games are made on pc's and every console would be gameless without them. You can knock pc's all you want, but you can't hate them if your a gamer. You can try, but every time you turn that console on your using the product of a pc user. It's even worse for the Sony fanboys, every time they turn on their ps4 games, they are likely using something made on a pc running a Microsoft OS. Making their precious exclusives not possible without the help ...
Seriously? Your upset because other people will be able to enjoy a video game? That's selfish and pathetic.
lol Yeah I would say the same thing. Nothing has changed, games are still made on pc's. Early footage is going to be from a pc, most likely. If they are going for advertisement, they are going to use the best looking version. Nothing new here.
No Mans Sky was the winner for me as well. Leaving the planet, entering a battle in space then chasing the enemy fighter into the atmosphere of another planet and through the planets landscape.. That just blew me away. All of the life on the planet where they started looked amazing. I think it's awesome that everyone will start on their own planet. From day one the universe in this game is going to be huge, and just keep expanding. I hope it will be possible to fly to the starting planet ...
It's not like they stated that it was footage from ps4. So it being done on pc isn't that big of a deal. They want to show off the best version they have. That only makes sense. It had to be shown at someone's conference. Otherwise they would have needed their own for one game. That wouldn't make sense so they found someone who wanted to show what they had. They also probably figured it was common sense that most of these trailers shown at e3 are made on pc. Because the games ...
I've never played the Uncharted series on PS3, I played the free one you get with ps+ on Vita, and it wasn't that great. My question to the fans of this game would be.. Is this a linear on rails type of game or is there a lot of openness that offers exploration opportunities? I guess that's to be determined, but I'm not sure they would change what has been working so good for them. UC4 looks great so far but I will no longer be impressed if it's just linear corridors that ...
Because it's still not game play, it's still a cut scene. Cut scenes have been beautiful for a long time. They should have shown game play. Then there wouldn't be much to debate.
Definitely. Anymore your better off waiting until the month of release to avoid delays on a preordered game.
Neither had that big game that made me say wow. At least neither has a game exclusively that made me say wow. No Mans Sky was definitely the show stealer for me. Though during Sony's presentation it's not an exclusive so I can't give them a "win" for that. But I must say both have games coming that look either fantastic graphically, super fun, or both. UC4 looks amazing from the little they showed. Sunset Overdrive just looks incredibly fun. Several others have me intere...
When did they announce this game for PS4? Pretty sure so far it's a pc only game. It would be great though. I'd get it on both to play with different groups of people.
So in other words the film grain effect covers up the lack of anti-aliasing in the game? I guess it's easier to get better visuals overall if you can leave out something that can be somewhat taxing like a good version of AA. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, more rather I'm saying it's an interesting use of the effect.
