I probably am in the minority of people who didn't enjoy it. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a terrible game, i just didn't think it was as great as the reviews made it out to be.

I've had YLOD twice with my old 60gb consoles. I got so fed up i traded it in when the slim released. I've had no issues since.
This is only affecting older models on both consoles. On one side you have those prone to RROD. The other are those prone to YLOD. It's as simple as that. The slims are the only reliable consoles now.
Do not buy goldeneye wii! It's a huge letdown.
I went into this game more hyped up than a monkey with a banana, but i just couldn't get over how poor and generic it was. I actually enjoyed bloodstone more than this.
Same here. No issues on my 120gb slim or my friends xbox 360 slim. I think that this is just a coincidence that some of the older consoles just happen to be breaking down. Afterall, if this was an issue with the game or firmwares, then wouldn't this be happening to everyone's consoles.

I've not had an issue with it yet on PS3 and i'm quite a few hours into it. I'm using the first Slim model though. I'm inclined to believe Sony that this might just be one big coincidence. Afterall, the ps3s are all using the same firmware and LA Noire is the same data on every disc so it can't be the game or the firmware.
I think this is happening to older models. I'm playing this on a 120gb slim and i've had no glitches whatsoever. My friend is playing it on a 360 slim and also hasn't ran into any issues.

Saying that though, the 360 can't be blamed for PS3s lack of 7.1 HD surround sound. When every PS3 game has uncompressed 5.1 audio, i just fail to see the logic that it's the 360s fault and not the developers. I mean it could be said that it is the PS3s fault because of it's hardware being alien to devs, but we all know that isn't true either

Show me one PS3 multiplat that doesn't have HD sound? On my amp, all my PS3 games play in HD 5.1 surround sound. Not once does it show up as Dolby Digital on my amp, so Xbox hasn't held back HD audio on PS3.
As for 7.1 surround sound, that isn't a mainstream setup yet. Many people own 5.1 surround systems and many don't know the difference between 7.1 and 5.1. The difference between the two isn't as obvious as you think conside...

See this is another thing that is bothering me. I'm not bothered whether ebay's customer services are crap. I don't care whether this could have happened to any other company. The fact is this happened to Sony. Whether fraud happens elsewhere does not make it ok that details were leaked and not encrypted properly.
